Shawn did a great job, my repair was not complicated but it did require an experienced plumber to fix it right. (Another company had already suggested an inadequate fix!) Shawn fixed it, gave me a guarantee on the repair, and actually reduced the price of his original bid. Work was completed on his first visit. Will definitely use him again. We have a 20+ year old house, our plumbing is about to need several updates!

Had him install a new shower valve rough in; did a very good job. Only thing to remember is that you have to patch the drywall that has to be cut to gain access to the plumbing. but he left pieces intact and the patch job was simple.

Next day service and arrived before original appointment time after calling and confirming it would be OK. Reasonably priced and quick repair.

I was out of town so my wife handled this transaction on her own. When she described the problem I told her what I thought might be the problem. She called several plumbing services but ended up speaking with receptionist/answering service who could only schedule an appointment. When she called Shawn she was pleased that he personally answered the phone and when she described the problem, his answer was the same as mine! He was timely, professional, and she paid for one visit in which he resolved the issue. She really appreciated talking to a plumber directly instead of passing the message through the answering service.

Within minutes of making the request I was contacted and he was there that afternoon. Came in and replaced hot water heater cleaned up and was out in no time.
