I'm very happy when good choices are made, especially when I had no idea whom to select, Professional Plumbing is the right choice. Arrived on time, very experienced, extremely organized, clean worker and knowledge is impeccable...does not mind that you hang around and watch, they are a good conversation and the end result I felt he did it as well as if it were his own house...I picked all high scores because he did my job in an outstanding manner, I was surprised how much wirk it was to do and yet the cost is respectable. Pick this one and you will be happy you did.

Shawn was very quick to respond to my request for an estimate. He came to the house, checked on the work necessary to be performed, and delivered the estimate in a timely manner. His estimate included multiple options for the type of water heater to be installed, from mid-range to high-end. His prices were fair and he arrived to perform the work when he said he would and work extremely quickly. I highly recommend his expertise for water heater replacement work.

Two weeks ago I made a great decision and chose Professional Plumbing Solutions and Shawn Bliss who made correcting my water, from the street to a complete remodel of my bathrooms a "Blissful" experience. It was so great to find an honest and competent plumber.

I learned a long time ago, after being "burned" by dishonest contractors in the past, to distrust ALL of them. However (P)rofessional (P)lumbing (S)olutions has restored my faith in the system. Shawn is without question a total professional that I believe really cares about his customers. He was on time, actually a little bit early which was just fine with me. He had to leave to purchase a part and was not able to locate the part at the nearest Lowe's and Home Depot. He was kind enough to call and let me know it would take him a little longer to return because he had to drive from Madison into Huntsville to get the part.
