Excellent! Refrigerator needed a new part for the water filter housing. Diagnosis done quickly, part ordered and installed. Problem fixed. She cleaned out the frozen, clogged drain on the freezer --problem fixed. Kimberly was very friendly, efficient, and explained things as she worked. I highly recommend this company for appliance repair. I used the large appliance "deal" and was so pleased that I definitely will call them for any and all future problems.

Poor. Said I needed an auger motor and the cost of the motor was $220.00. I told her I would not pay that much and she left. I then checked with Sears parts department and found that the motor actually cost $117.00.

It went well. The repairWOMAN discovered what was going on in about 30 minutes. She had to order parts; it took a week for them to arrive (which she told me); she came back and installed them within another 30 minutes. My only additional cost were the parts.

Had to have parts ordered, and when they were delivered, one part was broken, so A&A had to reorder part. Once parts here, installation went well. Dryer works fine now. Installer courteous.

They never called back. Work was never scheduled nor performed. I have since replaced the appliance.

System was not cooling well. They added the necessary Freon and did it in the rain to get us going again along with the cleaning. Very fair pricing on parts and service. I compared the price of the Freon on-line and was very pleased that the price they charged for the Freon was the same as available on line. They even working in the rain to get our system cooling again.

It wasn't bad service. She came out, looked at it, and said it wouldn't be worth fixing and come to find out it was fine. There was ice on the coils and she said it was not good. After the ice melted, I plugged it back in, and it has been working ever since. I could have lost a lot of money because of her. She didn't look at the gauge or anything. I got ripped off on that one. There were no additional charges on top of the big deal. I wouldn't recommend her at all. She was late.

The technician was prompt, friendly, and professional. Inspection was thorough and didn't take very long. She had parts to fix the leaks but had to order the ice maker replacement, which came in later that week. She was also prompt and quick at the second visit to install the ice maker.

I don't know if this was Divine Intervention, but my A/C was not working for 48+ hours. Our home warranty company could not get anyone to come out with in a reasonable time. The house was 87 degrees and 65% humidity in the morning. I have a son with asthma and we really needed to get the A/C back up. The warranty company authorized me to find my own repairman. The first company I called, A&A, came right out . Lee, the repairman was actually off that day, but answered my call of distress. We were back up and running that morning! So I give them an A+ !!

Excellent price, professional service. A&A was the only company that sent out a technically proficient representative rather than a salesman, was able to show up on time for the appointment, and didn't want to charge over $100 to look at the units if we didn't commit to purchasing a replacement. Two AC units at our home had stopped working within a month and so we powered them down in case of electrical/safety issues and decided to have them replaced rather than inspected and repaired so that we didn't waste money on 17-20 year old AC units. The representative arrived on time for our estimate and turned on both units to check for issues (none of the other 5+ companies that we have had at the house did this, they all wanted to charge to send a technician to diagnose problems). He found that one of them was running smoothly at that point, and so he recommended that we wait to have it replaced. We went with his quote for the other unit since it was a $200-$300 less than the other companies we had out and we were familiar with the brand. He gave us a run down of the replacement and was extremely informative on our options. The unit was replaced in a timely manner with no issues. The technicians were very professional, and we got a call from A&A afterwards to make sure that we were pleased with the installation. All in all what was previously quoted as $12,000-$16,000 from the exclusively sales-oriented reps at Joe East, Thomas HVAC, Southern Comfort, a Lennox rep via Costco, and One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning (the worst price of the bunch), etc for comparable units ended up costing us under $5000. When the other unit does finally give out, we will definitely call A&A first.

We noticed water leaking from our washing machine and wanted to know if it was worth repairing or I we should buy a new one. A & A Appliance & Hvac responded promptly and isolated the problem to cracked tub. The cost of such a major repair made our choice to replace the appliance clear.

Technician was on time and professional. She got to work right away, found the problem, and fixed it immediately.

The contractor did not arrive when I expected. I called; there had been a scheduling mix-up--they thought I was scheduled for the next day. I explained that I could not be home the next day, so the service representative worked me into the schedule for that day! A&A was great and I have already used them again.

They don't work on this brand of appliance.

Kimberly was very nice, she came out and indicated she doesn't work on convection ovens, also that they must order the part, cannot already have the part. It was not clearly explained what they can and cannot do before they come out.

I contacted them to schedule service and was told that they do not work on Samsung refrigerators. Because of this I will be getting a refund on the deal.

It went perfectly. Very, very pleased.

Overall service was completed successfully once parts were obtained after a couple days.

It was a Big Deal purchase. It worked out fine. I had to pay for parts for the replacement. It was expensive. The price was probably fine. The additional labor was good. The deal covered everything for them to come out. He was very punctual.

We called to schedule an appointment for the repair work and the company said that they do not work on LG appliances. Our Refrigerator is an LG brand so they were not able to honor the deal we had purchased. They said we could save the deal for later or contact you for a refund. Since they do not work on the brand we own our only option is to request a refund.
