Description of Work: They did a thorough job checking both the inside and outside units. They topped off the Puron, but told me it didn't need much (unlike the company two years ago that charged me for 3 1/2 lbs). They came within the time frame specified; the only reason I marked them down to a B on punctuality was that I didn't receive the promised phone call telling me they were on the way.

Description of Work: The worker did a check of the AC unit both indoor and outdoor. He did both my house and my ex wife's house. He was on time and very professional.

Description of Work: My heating unit stopped working late Saturday night, I called Sunday morning and the owner of the company showed up and checked the unit. He determined that freon was leaking on the inside unit. He gave me an estimate of the repair work and said he would get the parts as soon as possible. He also turned the emergency heat pump on so I had heat until the unit was replaced. They called me Monday and said it would be cheaper to replace the entire inside unit instead of just the leaking freon pipes. The team showed up early Tuesday and replaced the unit in I believe 3 or so hours. They were very careful not to damage anything in the house as the unit was inside the hallway. They cleaned up everything from the driveway and took the old unit away. I am very pleased with this company and would use them again.

Description of Work: My air conditioning unit quit working at night. Called Superior at 7:30 the next morning and they had a technician out an hour later. He replaced a capacitor and I had cool air within 10 minutes. Great response time and very professional service!
