Overall, a good experience and I would use them again for AC problems.

My HVAC system failed so I called several contractors for estimates. Superior Heating & Air offered the best value so I contracted with then the remove and install a new system. They can and completed the work in one day and was very polite and helpful. They cleaned up the work site and provided instructions on how to use the system. I am very pleased with their service.

My home has a heat pump and on Sunday afternoon (warmest day of the Spring) we noticed it was not cooling the house. The air handler was running but the heat exchanger unit was not. I called Superior that morning and they told me the tech would be there between 2-4pm that day. Of course I had hoped for 2pm, but at 3:30 he hadn't called yet. I called the office to see if he was going to make it. She replied he was on his way from the shop and I would be his last stop for the day. He pulled up around 3:45 and asked me to turn the unit on. He removed the cover and attached his pressure diagnostics. After inspecting the unit, he used his knife to reset a switch and the unit came to life. He explained that sometimes the unit ingests something and shuts itslef off as self protection. He came in the house, checked the returns, filters, thermostat and air temp from the registers. He told me to let it run for a few days and call him back if it happened again. He headed to the truck and I thought he was writing a service call invoice. Instead, he started the truck, and drove away. No charge. Instant customer satisfaction and trust. If the system ever needs work again, I will call Superior first.

Superior had to regut everything and restore all of the duct work, it took an entire week to do it all. They gave us a good quote, they were very thorough, and they told us it would take a week and it took a week. We were real pleased with the work they did. They are thorough, professional, and did a great job. They were hard workers and before they finished they made sure everything was set up the way we wanted it. They also came back to make sure it was all working properly.

I called after 5 in the afternoon and realized it was out. They came out the next morning, diagnosed and had the part in the truck, fixed it right away. I also thought the price was fair.

Technicians from Superior came to replace the leaking evaporator coil in our Carrier split unit. They discovered that the replacement coil would not work in our 10 year old air handler, so they swapped out our air handler for a new one at no extra charge. This was truly a blessing for us and I cannot say enough about how well they treated us. Will always use them in the future and recommend them most highly.

Superior rep was very professional and recommended/included a second return air duct (which has helped tremendously) in his estimate. He presented several system/cost options and was helpful in describing what we needed. His team showed up exactly on time and went to work. It only took them 5.5 hours--they did a superb job and the new system has performed wonderfully.

Technican was prompt and courteous. They went out of their way to get someone over to the house the day I made the call since the house was extremely hot.

Great!!! I have asked for an estimate on replacing my oldest system and re-doing my duct work. Everyone has made me feel at ease and comfortable about their abilities to perform work at my house.

My system is still working. They were out on the same day. They gave us an appointment and met their appointment time. Their punctuality was perfect. Their professionalism was good. I would definitely use their services in the future too.

Overall it was a very positive experience, given the fact that we needed the service the day after a holiday. We would definitely call Superior in the future for any heating and A/C issues. We highly recommend them.

Great. Called 2 other companies and one never called back even after 2 phone calls. The other company was a local franchise of a national company and it was like pulling teeth to even get them over there to look at it. Joey called us back and after hearing that we were on a short deadline and had renters moving in on Saturday morning he was able to look at it, quote it and started the next morning. Work was done by lunch. Everything he said they would do, they did. We were very satisfied with the work. Work area was clean when they left. I would use him again.

Lightening hit our home and fried nearly everything electric. Both of our heat and air systems were knocked out. I called Superior Heat and Air because I had had them do repairs for us before. It was very hot outside. I called Superior to set up an appointment, hopefully sometime that day. I didn't even get off the phone good, before they were knocking on the door. AMAZING!!! They are the only company that I will ever use. They were able to repair one system, but had to replace the other one. The one that we wanted had to be ordered. Superior let me know that no matter what they would keep us cool until the unit came in.....and they did exactly that. They are all wonderful, go out of their way to do a great job and couldn't have asked for more courteous.

They showed up at 6am. preped the house so not to make a mess. A crew of 3 arrived and each had their own job from unloading the truck to preping the upstairs unit and the outside unit. Everything from what I could tell by staying out of thier way went fine.

One morning our furnace's blower was running, but the unit wasn't warming the air. A water valve inside the unit was leaking and a fine mist of water was very slowly filling every space inside the unit and overflowing onto the floor. The first contractor we called helped us seal off the leak by turning off the (unneeded) water line inside the unit. Still no heat, so we began getting estimates on a new heat pump. Joey & Aaron's visit for an estimate became a repair visit. The fact that Joey was very knowledgeable on several other brands and types of systems, and which ones can also provide a tax credit, was impressive.

They are always on time, clean, neat, and honest.

Called to resolve water leak from A/C unit in attic. Tech arrived on time for the appointment. Identified the problem quickly, made the repair, and advised on corrections to prevent recurrence. Tech was courteous and professional.

They are very reliable and trustworthy. The quality of work is very good. They are very honest business people.

In the past they have worked very diligently for us. They are very attentive to customer needs. They do excellent work.
