Description of Work: In March of this year we had the misfortune of experiencing how much damage just one leaking sky light can cause. But out of some misfortune's come a little greatness. Ours came in the form of Manuel and his crew. He was my last call, from my list of possible candidates and that was only due to fact he had very few reviews on here. But guys and gals I can assure you that Manuel and his crew are excellent. Manuel showed up to look over the damage and give us his his quote on SAME THE DAY I CALLED, which was outstanding because I couldn't even get the other 7 companies to call me back to set up an appointment. Anyway showed up the same day, which was a SATURDAY. My wife and I took a couple of days to review the quote which was great, but we needed to make sure we could cover it and said we yes. Manuel has his crew in the next day for Sheetrock work and painters from there. So it took roughly seven days from the very first phone call to the final walk thru. So I really can't give enough credit to Manuel his team, they did great work, they are very friendly and easy to work with and they gave what I thought was an excellent price for all the work they performed. So do yourself a favor and call Manuel but if you don't You will probably will be paying more and get less if you pass these guys up.
