For my job, I was seeking a contractor that could perform all exterior and interior home refurbishing. After receiving a fair project quote from Manuel Féria, the owner of C&M, we quickly reached a firm fixed price (FP) contract for all materials and labor required to complete the job and agreed upon a one (1) week start date to commence the project. The project involved both exterior and interior phases. The exterior phase included: 1) the cleaning of all exterior walls, windows, and the roof and gutters, 2) carpentry repair work to replace all damaged wood and trim, 3) the rehanging of the gutters following trim replacement, 4) exterior repair of the chimney, 5) the painting of all exterior surfaces including the metal railings, and 6) the deck repair and final staining. The interior phase included: 1) the repair of drywall cracks, 2) the painting of walls, ceilings, and trim, and 3) the interior staining of newly installed windows. The refurbishing project was completed in two (2) weeks for the agreed upon fixed price. All work was performed by skilled professionals that arrived on time daily, completed their work and cleaned up at the end of each day for the interior phase. All exterior repairs were completed using quality materials done by expert carpenters. The interior and exterior painting was performed with true craftsmanship employing attention to details. I can honestly say that C&M outperformed my expectations for the entire project. The house is now refurbished inside and out and looks truly great, I would definitely recommend C&M to anyone needing home repairs/painting and plan to use them again for future work. Feria C&M painters painted almost an entire floor of our house, approximately 1500 square feet or so. They did the walls and trim in almost every room on that floor, repopcorned and painted the ceiling in one room, and painted the ceilings in three rooms. Overall I am very pleased with the work and would definitely work with them again. While the cost was not inexpensive, I feel it was worth it given the quality of the work and how good they were to work with. I had to wait a while to get on their schedule, but I'm so glad it worked out in the end. The house looks so much better and updated for us. Of great importance to me was that they not get any paint on the original wood flooring and they succeeded at that. I am hoping to be able to work with them again on another project. Thanks to them, a lot of high quality work was done in a relatively short amount of time (about 3.5 weeks), taking a lot of work off my plate with our home updating. (I also like their work schedule!)

Feria did an excellent job from beginning to end. They immediately came to look at our project and provided an estimate right away. The crew was very punctual, arriving and leaving at the same time every day and they always left the jobsite clean and orderly. They worked on our house during one of the hottest weeks this summer and nothing slowed them down or affected their pleasant attitudes. In addition, paint was only found where it was supposed to be! There was excellent communication throughout the project. When we compared punch lists, they were already tracking everything I found and then some. The final walkthrough was very thorough and only then was a check written. In home repair you definitely get what you pay for. Going for bottom line price, the homeowner usually pays twice - once for a substandard job and once for the effort involved in hassling over all the little details. We definitely got more than we paid for on this project - a rare result. When it comes time to paint the interior, I will be calling Feria with only one question: "When can you start?"

Excellent craftsmanship and results. This crew knows their business- the Owner is on the site, makes recommendations that we never thought of, then ensures that the surface preparation is purrrrfect.... Next comes the multi-step application of only premium coating materials- each applied with painstakingly precision. we are 100% happy with the Feria Crew and will continue to go to them for our painting and coating needs. I simply can’t explain what a fantastic transformation took place in this garage... it’s now a showplace. My $0.02.

These guys are the real deal. Polite, Professional and expert painters. They arrived 30 min early and worked until dark each and everyday until the project was completed to my satisfaction. Their policy of not excepting any portion of the estimated payment until the work was done impressed me from the start. Prior to hiring, I heard that they did good work. I agree, the quality of their work and the dedication to detail shown by their staff/team to my project did not disappoint....I will certainly call on the Feria C&M Professional Painters (team).again.

Incredibly professional experience from the quote to the finished product. We have fallen in love with our home once again thanks to the incredible effort of the team. The communication from the team lead every night and every morning far exceeded anything I could've expected. The quality of the painting and the care they took for our furniture and our floors were extradinary and lead to a clean living environment while the work was being accomplished. I highly recommend them and will use this fall to complete our downstairs. BTW, the Master Bathroom cabinets were painted and look incredible.

The rates they charge are ridiculous! After inspecting the plain rectangular room of 7'x10' to hang drywall they sent a quote for $1,300 and I buy the drywall separately! And that is after a 10% senior discount!

EXCELLENT !!! I must say I've never had a contractor who did a better job on anything I've ever had done.... and I've had a lot done to every house I've ever lived in ! Manuel was prompt, courteous, paid a lot of attention to detail, and made sure everything was done right. He finished my project early, which I've NEVER had happen ! His crew was great to work with. You can tell he and his crew have a mutual respect for each other, which makes for a great working environment for his customers. I'm now talking with Manuel about upgrading a bathroom off my kitchen....he's now my "go to man" ! I will definitely use him for future projects. All of his referrals are spot on !

Feria was exceptional. They worked with us on getting everything done quickly. They did everything we asked. And made sure we were happy with the finished services, which we were. They are worth every penny.

Manuel and his guys had to come redo my garage floor after the previous contractor did such a poor job that the paint was coming up in sheets only after a few weeks of traffic after we moved in. Manuel and his guys spent several days prepping the floor (grinding grinding grinding) before applying the base coat, flakes and clear coat. They did an absolutely amazing job. It looks so much better than before that I don't even want to walk on it lol. Also, which I think is extremely important is that Manuel was in constant communication with me every step of the way, letting me know what the plan was each morning and how long it was going to take. Effective communication is very important and I appreciate that very much. Thanks again guys! The floor looks badass!

Perfectly. Crew was great and professional. Very hard workers and for three full days made as little disturbance as possible. Cleaned up every day at end of day and the final clean-up was quite detailed. They checked every day to see if we were pleased or had any problems with the process. Feria got the contract because of their professionalism and reputation. We are very pleased with the whole experience and will call them again.
