Jack is very easy to work with - especially since I live 250 miles from the condo he was painting. He is timely and professional. I highly recommend.

Very professional and willing to suggest better ideas to help. Was amazed at how quickly he was able to finish and it still looked top notch. Jack is a good guy and good at what he does. I plan on using him for more work in the future.

It was the best experience we have had with a contractor in Gulf Shores. They were fast, friendly, cleaned up the room every day so we could continue using the rooms during the period they were painting, and most importantly the room looks great. We will definitely contact Jack of All Trades for painting and other jobs in the future.

We discovered our hot water slowly cooling to the point that we no longer had hot water. After a basic inspecion with no cause found we contacted Mr. Parker who responded the same day as the call. He also made a basic inspection as I did but increased the activity to the testing of electrical circuits. He could not find a cause and expanded the testing beyound the water heater to verifying the continunity of the wiring from the water heater thru the attic to be circuit breaker box and tested the circuit breaker itself. He made multiple tests and one of the multiple tests came us as a bad circuit braker. He replaced the circuit breaker but the problem remained. He advised me to call a major electrical company. I reimbused him for the circuit breaker ($14) and he refused to charge a service call and instead offered apoligies for not being able to correct the problem. An electrical company was called. They without my input as to previous activities, duplicated Mr. Parker's testing. They too did not find a cause, however, they were able to determine that there had to be an emergency cut off switch controlling the water heater simply because all other causes had been eliminated. They questioned why a large stack of empty Christmas boxes (seasonal decorations) were stacked beside the water heater. We moved the boxes away and there was the problem. The boxes were removed from storage, Christmas decorations were put up and the empty boxes were temporary stacked beside the water heater. During the course of stacking the boxes one made contact with the toggle switch and simply pushed it into the off position.

Stayed in budget and honored their original quotes though parts of the project was more work than anticipated. Arrived on time, cleaned their work area at the end of each day – extremely professional – made sure I was credited for all returned materials.
