Ricky very good on trouble shooting old unit (was not heat pump) & with follow up visit after installation. Installation crew very efficient, Highly recommend

Description of Work: I saw an ad in the newspaper for them to clean and check your A/C unit before the wether started heating up. They called prior to their arrival to confirm that I was home (I had asked them to do this), the gentleman who came was very knowledgable and professional. We were very impressed with this company and will use them again.

 + -1 morePrompt and polite. Knowledgeable technicians. Different tech with each call but the 2 communicated with each other so that the 2nd tech knew exactly what to do and how to do it when he arrived.
Description of Work: Downstairs heater thermostat powered off. There is a kill switch on the furance that shuts down the system if the drain is not functioning. Cold weather had frozen the pipe. 1st call - pipe was thawed out. Refroze. 2nd call the following day - drain line re-routed to avoid outdoor exposure. No further issues.

 + -1 moreThey came out promptly and fixed it for me. I thought that it was kind of expensive but my unit apparently holds a lot of Freon. I called a few other places and they were all much more expensive. They did leave some stuff lying around when they put the unit in and they could have probably cleaned it up. They were very attentive and paid attention to what I wanted. They gave me a price and stuck with it.
Description of Work: I have used Young-Pittman Company for my heating and air conditioning. They put in my unit for me several years ago. I had them service it once when it sprung a leak and lost the Freon.
