It was a good experience i would recommend you all to anyone

In the beginning I was told this project would be cheaper than if I had done it myself with Lowes flooring, in fact not only was it not cheaper it was several hundred dollars more. My second issue is the gentleman that came out to measure the job, There were two crucial mistakes both in his favor financially, when heâ s over measured the job and he also wanted more money down and then was originally agreed upon, the workers themselves once they came to do the job they were great they did a good job, My issue again is with the gentleman that came out and with the original cost estimate

Second time using 5 Star Flooring. I will never use anyone else. Whether it is a whole house or a few rooms, they are fast and professional.

My husband and I thought it was going to be more than two men, great team work,they was kind people,they did a great Job, We are very please.I have recommended them to other.They did what the contract said ð ð ¾

The floor crew worked hard. & did a tremendous job! I love the flooring.. The guys in the crew were John, Matthew, & Scott. (not positive about the 3rd guys name) I highly recommend Five Star Flooring.

Showed up on time .did a good job with installation and clean up

James, who I thought was the lead man or should have been was very professional and by far the hardest worker of there 2 man crew! He put in the extra effort to insure both my wife & I were happy with the finished product.......and we are!

They show up on the day they say and workers where courteous . Replaced everything back where it was.

They came in started the job. If they ran into a problem they handle it. Cleaned up behind their self ...very professional and that mean so much. We love are bathroom floors. Thanks

I really would recommend this company. They came to the house to get measurement, with samples and was able to give me a price for everything. Also they have a company that was able to finance it for 0% .
