So far everything is good with our new carpet. 3.5 stars because the communication was not that great and we were put off a day. Our installer was great but he was a one man team, do not know how he did it!

Jason, John and Roy arrived promptly. They were professional, courteous, efficient and helpful. They kept me informed of their progress, asked for my input and completed the job in one trip.

It was wonderful and great people to have in your home. They moved the furniture and replaced it. The work was outstanding. The floor workers went out of their way to help me solve problems that popped up. The only reason I put 4 stars is because my shower seat is too high. I am aging which means not getting younger by any means and also handicap. Hence, the need for a sit down shower being built. We had a problem with the hot water in the shower but Vincent was nice enough to help my grandson solve that issue. Very friendly people. I definitely recommend them just be aware of all situations.

Professional, polite, timely, clean

Billy & Mellisa Coffey did a great job replacing the old linoleum in my bathrooms with vinyl plank. They arrived early, explained the process, and started working. They were very friendly and efficient. By noon, they had finished and cleaned up the debris. I love my new bathroom floors!

Installers (Billy and Mellisa) showed up on time and got right to work on installing luxury vinyl plank flooring in both of the bathrooms in my house. They did an excellent job and cleaned up when they were finished. I am very happy with the results and highly recommend them.

This company did about everything just like 99% of all businesses do today. They will tell you one thing and then do something else. The job they did was about what I would call average. They showed up about an hour to an hour and a half late, which was 10:00 am, and left at 9:00 pm. They were in a rush to finish the job because they were pulled off of a big job they were on to do mine. They should have taken 2 days to do my job and not cut corners. Like I stated earlier, 99% of all businesses today operate like this. Sad to say but nobody cares today. Get the money and move on.
