The gentleman that scheduled salesman appointment with samples and measured was wonderful. The salesman that visited my home was very knowledgeable and so helpful. The installation was scheduled quickly. The team that installed the vinyl planks and carpet were outstanding. Highly recommend this company!

The people that came to install were courteous and knowledgeable in what they were doing. The only problem I had was that they were late getting here. We had set a time for them to be here the first day, they were little over 2 hours late. The second day I called, they (installers) had to reschedule that day for the next. And then were about 2 hours late that day as well. They did do a small bathroom, for free. Not in a color I wouldâ ve chose. But it was free so that shows they were trying to keep the customer happy. I would still recommend this company.

This is our second use of this company and we would certainly call on them for their high quality of attention to detail ,material and fair prices.

We had the privilege of watching two of the finest people work at removing old carpet, particle board, installing plywood, leveling our floors and installing carpet and carting away hundreds of pounds of materials. We had a bit of a hiccup in the project originally, but Mr. Rainey was very understanding of our concerns and did everything he was able to do in order to get things corrected. He was respectful, courteous, and very informative throughout the entire process. He also had so many high quality options available, and we were able to find an option that best matched our dark wood panel walls. They were also able to install trim that matched the floors and walls perfectly. Make sure once you start your project that you reach out directly to Mr. Rainey if you have any questions or concerns! He will be more than happy to help you. I look forward to doing business with Mr. Rainey again in the future!

The best experience of this service was their dedication to customer satisfaction! The manager went above & beyond to ensure I was satisfied with the bathroom tile work. The people were professional and courteous in my home. I would recommend 5 Star to anyone with tiling needs.

James and Rhonda are hard workers. James noticed the floor wasn’t level and did the extra work to get the floor down. There were a few issues with the planks coming up but James had a fix for that. Hopefully they stay correct. Overall a good experience, would recommend.

The company responded very fast to my request for new carpeting. The gentleman arrived within 4 days to give an estimate, which was actually VERY reasonable compared to other estimates! The crew arrived to carpet my living room and three bedrooms within one week of the estimate (total time for the entire process including the request for work/estimate/completion-less than 2 weeks). I did have to schedule a follow-up to correct a few small errors (tack strip with exposed tacks-and two spots where the carpet did not connect flush with the wall). Repair work was a little slower than the original job, a total of three weeks to get the repairs-which was finished in less than 2 hours. All in all, I am very pleased with this LOCAL company and the final project is very nice. I WILL consider this company for any future carpet work I require.
