They took double the amount of time they told us to install it. They have to come back to get rid of bubbles that is not going away in the dining room and living room and a tiny tear in the kitchen. I guess my biggest thing is they sawed wood in the house. The first three days they did it outside and than the next two days they decided to do it the house. I have severe COPD and they made it extremely difficult for me with the amount of dust and sawdust. I had to hire a person to come in and clean the whole front part of the house before I could even sat in the living room. The floors look great except for the bubbles and little tear. I have talked to them about it and they will come back and take care of it. So I am not worried about it being repaired. Customer service has need good!

I would recommend them to anyone. They exactly what they said they would do at a very competitive price and did a phenomenal job.

They were really good and we checked around and they helped us and worked out a great price for us as well. We had tile and hardwood floor!

I hired the company Five Star Flooring USA to install some laminate flooring. No one is perfect, but he did great job installing the laminate planks.

I hired the company to install some carpeting for the living room and for four bedrooms in the home. I liked the carpet installer, the actual contractor who did the work but dealing with the flooring company was another experience entirely.

They did a great job, were very diligent, stayed till they were finished, and even followed up 2-3 weeks after everything was done!

A few if the little concealed areas that may have been needing some additional work done - however an overall okay experience.

I am pleased with the installation of the ceramic tile I had done in my bathroom with the exception of some imperfections but I would still recommend the installer he was very informative if there were any issues. I did have a problem with the customer service person I spoke to before I made the decision on doing the work they assured me my payment on an existing account that I had with the finance company they use would not increase but it did. I think if your going to finance make sure you talk to the company yourself before you decide.
