Description of Work: It went well. I received the consultation and did value their input. They use this as a way of finding and bidding new jobs and at the moment I'm not in the market for a large landscaping package.

Description of Work: White Shovel re-mulched existing flower beds around the entire house and reconditioned soil and laid sod where there was difficulty growing grass before due to minimal sun light. The work crew showed up at the appointed time and efficiently performed the work. Very courteous and professional. I have an appointment with them today at another property to contract for additional work. White Shovel is excellent to work with and I highly recommend them.

Description of Work: Cut down a large sweet gum tree and trimmed limbs from several trees, ground up stump and took away all limbs and debris.

Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal for a week of landscaping and outdoor projects. The company never contacted me to schedule an appointment.

Description of Work: Back in May I placed an order for landscaping ideas/ pictures for my home. The guy arrived approx. 15 minutes late the day he came to take pictures of my home and claimed it was because he went to my next door neighbor's home. Both of our homes have clear numbers on the houses and mailboxes. We had a 1:30 pm appointment time today to review his ideas/ pictures. At 1:45 pm, I called the company to find out where they were. I was told that the guy coming to my house (I believe his name is Mike) was running late due to a project in Athens, Al. He also claimed he tried to contact me to inform me he would not be at my home at 1:30 pm. They only had my cell phone number for contact information and there were no messages on my phone. I was asked to reschedule at 3:00 pm. Approx. 3:10 pm I received a phone call telling me that he double booked himself and could not make it and he wanted to reschedule for next week. I have spent my entire afternoon waiting on this guy to show up to find out he isn't coming. What really upset me was the lack of concern for wasting my time. Also, I don't understand why he didn't realize he double booked himself until well after our 3:00 pm rescheduled appointment. This company is extremely unprofessional and I would not recommend them to anyone.

Description of Work: This is the second offer I have opted for from Angie's List that did not pan out. I asked the landscaper if they serviced my area at the getgo, and he said yes. I had errands to run in town, broke my neck to make it home for our appointment only to have a message from White Shovel that "we don't service your area". I expect a total refund asap, and Angie's List can kiss my a**.
