Description of Work: Overhauled 10 year old neglected garage door. My husband NEVER has given a thumbs up to ANY service work never as good as he would do. True, but he bragged twice regarding this doors workmanship. A first. Regular guys doin' their job right.

Description of Work: I had a garage light that would not turn off. There was a sensor that needed to be replaced in the motherboard. The tech went above and beyond. Even lubricated the coils and offered general garage door maintenance advice. But did not try to sell me items I didn't need . Greatly appreciated the ethics and professionalism.

+ -1 moreThey showed up right when they said they would. Larry (the tech) was professional, courteous, friendly, and obviously knew what he was doing. I had considered trying to replace the springs myself, but after reading numerous horror stories about torsion spring installations gone wrong, I decided to call in a professional. Larry got the old springs off and the new ones on and adjusted in no time flat. He also gave me some good advice on the best way to maintain the door. I will definitely call them first if I ever need work done on my garage door again.

+ -1 moreThey were able to schedule us and get to us the next day. They were very prompt, they called first thing in the morning with a time window. The tech confirmed the appointment time 20 minuets before he showed up and was there when he said he would be. He got the job done quickly and even went above and beyond to make sure it wouldn't cost us more money in the immediate future with some preventative maintenance. They did a fantastic job!
Description of Work: The spring on our automatic garage door broke, leaving us unable to use the garage. They replaced both springs and even oiled our door opener chain.

I don't have anything bad to say about them. I can't remember the price, but it must have been fine. I would use them in the future if I needed to.

+ -1 moreI was pleased with their service and they did what they said they were going to do. They were polite. They came to look at the openings and measure when they said they would. They gave me an estimate of when they would be back and they came back within that estimate time which depended on the receipt of the doors that were being shipped. They cleaned up when they were done and they seemed fine. They were reliable. The doors were fine until a couple of days ago. I had priced somewhere else.
Description of Work: I bought two garage doors from a home improvement company and Valley Overhead Door installed them.

Work was done in a timely manner and everything was done in a professional manner. It is nice to have a company do quality work at a fair price. I highly recommend them.

+ -1 moreThey were some of the best workers I've ever seen. They were very nice and polite. They got done extremely quick. I would recommend them to anyone. They arrived a little early, but had called me ahead of time.
Description of Work: I picked out a door and they ordered it and the company had to paint. They also had to insulate it. They took out the old door and installed the new one. They took the other door with them. They put the door in and showed me how to use the new openers. They worked very hard and quick. They sent a guy immediately to get the door open for us because I had to leave for work.
