They worked me in and were able to replace the springs Monday morning. Showed up right on time and only took about an hour total to do the work. I would highly recommend this company.

We contacted Valley Overhead Door for a replacement garage door. We needed the door in brown and they advised us that they would have to do a special order for the brown. We waited two weeks and didn't hear from the provider. We went back and forth with the person at their office and finally found out that they had failed to order the door and that it would be another week to two weeks. We ended up having to go with another company who took care of our door in less than two days.

The technician arrived within the desired time frame, was very courteous and professional. He communicated with me what needed to be done and ensured that the openers on both vehicles as well as in the garage worked properly. He also gave me some tips on how to maintain the door. Awesome service.

Since the first garage door company we contacted wasted our time and never completed the work despite assuring us for days that they would, we contacted Valley Overhead Door. The price was a little more expensive than the first company's price, BUT someone called when they said they would, and the workers showed up when they said they would. They were polite, competent, quick, and professional. It was worth paying a little bit more to have someone actually value our time and do the work. We recommend this company and will use them in the future if we have more garage door issues.

The gentleman showed up when he said he would. He told me the price before he did the job. He changed the spring. He oiled the garage door everywhere. He made sure it was working perfect. He told me that if I felt the garage door wasn't working perfect. I should call him.

I called and schedule someone to come out to give me an estimate for either a repair or new garage door. Unfortunately, I required a new door. The gentleman that came to my house for the estimate explained why the door could not be repaired and what happened to the old one and gave me options on the doors available. He also told me how long it would be before the new door could be installed. The installers were professional, arrived before the scheduled time, did the installation in the amount of time they said it would take, and cleaned up after themselves. They cleaned the garage door on the inside for any marks they made and told me about the extra lock on the door. The only issue that I had was getting in touch with the manager. When I called to find out the status of my door, they would put me on hold and ask if he could call me back. I would eventually have to call back. As you can imagine, this is very frustrating. But once on the phone, he was very pleasant and eager to help. I would definitely use Overhead Doors in Madison again!

Installed doors on 2 garages. Both required reframing work. Removed and disposed of 2 old doors. Painted new framework to match existing. Doors work great and look great! Very pleased. The only complaint I have is that there were too many nails left around the garage and driveway which I had to sweep up. Otherwise, everything was great!

Punctual, professional, did the job quickly and well. Gave good advice on maintaining it. Reasonable price. Would definitely use them again if needed.

No problems that we are aware of. We haven't moved in to the new house yet, and the electricity hasn't been established to the doors yet. What we have seen is satisfactory.

My garage door broke on a Saturday night and I called them on Monday morning and they said that they would try and get to me that same day. They were here by 12:40 PM. Both workman were professional and knew their business. The job was completely done in less than an hour. Good job overall and I have the confidence that it will last a long time. They warranted everything for one year and re-forced that by letting me know that if I had and quot;anyand quot; problems to call and they'd be back. asap.

The company personnel were very plesant responsive and professional. They provided a quote over phone and invoiced same amount after work was completed. The service techs arrived when promised, worked quickly and efficiently; did an excellent job. Onyl one spring was broken but we requested both be replaced as preventive maintenance since they were installed with the door in 1999. Only matter of time for other one to break also. The cost was relative for consumers always want to pay less and vendors wold like to receive more. However, the price was fair and resonable. We are very satisfied with performance vs cost and would definetly use them again.

Called about noon and they were able to come out the very next day. Great service...very punctual and work was completed in about a half hour. Replaced both extension springs on the one garage door and greased/lubricated both garage doors as part of the service. Charged the price quoted over the phone. Highly recommend.

We discovered the garage door was cracked and the spring was broken, and began searching for a provider to replace it. Valley Overhead showed up on Google and answered promptly when we called. After we met once for them to do an estimate, they came back a few days later to replace the door. The technicians were very capable and amiable. The actual cost of the replacement was exactly what was estimated. I would definitely work with them again.

We have used them three times. They guarantee their work. They got the garage door back on track and I can't tell that anything even happened. They are very good.

They were quick to respond to my request for a quote. And were much more affordable than I expected. After scheduling an appointment for installation, they replaced my old, warped garage door in less than an hour. Quick, affordable, and painless. It's been around a month and so far I haven't noticed any problems with the installation. So the quality of the work seems to be good as well!

My garage door panels (actually 2 bottom panels) started cracking and hence were buckling. As a result the door wasn't closing. Technically the panels have to be replaced. So I called this company which I say in Angie's list and had very good rating. I got an appointment the next day and the technician called me in advance and he was there on time. I had described the nature of the problem and he had come prepared with spare panels and support beam etc. After looking at the cracked door he said that it is difficult to get the exact spares and each panel would cost around $400. Then he suggested an alternative. The panels are not damaged all that much and he can provide a supporting beam such that they wont bend anymore. I agreed for that and it turned out to be a good sensible solution. He finished the job in 15 minutes and charged me $120. I was very happy with his services. I would recommend this company to anybody. Thanks to Angie's List.
