Description of Work: They clean my 2 bathrooms completely and my kitchen. Dust and vacuum the living and family rooms. They do an OK job...my house is a challenge and my retired husband is underfoot. I don't have time to clean and my husband won't. They don't do a deep clean, but do surface cleaning. They've adjusted anytime I've asked them to.

Description of Work: They have cleaned the downstairs living area of my home every two weeks for the past 3-4 years. They welcome my input and strive to do things the way that I want them to be done. They have gone above and beyond to accommodate to my unique needs and requirements. My only negative to report is that there has been, in my opinion, a large turnover of personnel. However, every time I get a new maid/s Maidpro briefs them to make sure they know what I require and sends someone experienced enough to do an excellent job. They are very responsive to any of my requests or critiques.

Description of Work: I contacted Maid Pro and set up for them to come do the initial cleaning of my house. I'm now set up for them to come every other week to clean. The ladies did a great job. The house smelled so clean for days after they were done. They even cleaned the inside and outside of my front storm door. Very pleased with first cleaning. Will post again after the 2nd cleaning.
