 + -1 moreMaidPro reps showed up but did not clean up the rug residue from the floors, did not clean or shine my floors. Some areas of the house they did not clean at all and the did not vacuum the carpet in one of the bed rooms.
Description of Work: NO. They provided a service but it was not done properly and they did not do all the things request when hired. Also they did an awful job cleaning and shining my floors. Reported the disappointment to the sales manager/scheduler. He sent someone else out and they still did not bring products to clean/shine floors.

 + -1 moreThey did a good job. I get the same people, and that is what is important to me. Allison is the lead person on the team of two people, and she is pretty much with me every time. That is important to have the same person. At least one of the same people every time. That way they know what has to be done, and they are familiar with the house. They know what to do. I don't have to keep telling them what to do. They clean six rooms, counting the kitchen, and one and a half baths, plus laundry room. So that is seven rooms, plus an bath and a half. It takes about an hour and an hour and half, to two hours. That is why they send two people.

 + -1 moreProfessionalism and they have a check list and follow it verbatim. They clean just what we want cleaned unless we tell them to do the whole house. They did what they said what they were going to do and used the check list and leave me a copy of the check list every time. They also give me a chance to give feed back every time thru an e-mail.

 + -1 moreOver the 5 years that I've used this service, I have been very satisfied with the proficiency and quality of service of the MaidPro maids who have regularly cleaned our home. My only disappointment has been with the turnover of personnel. However, MaidPro has consistently worked with me in matching me with a maid that I like and with whom I am comfortable. As often as possible, they send her alone (per my request) to clean my home on my desired day and time of the week. MaidPro also is eager to receive my feedback and to act to correct any problems that I report.
Description of Work: I have the downstairs level of my house cleaned every 2 weeks. This is an essential service for us, since I am physically disabled, and my husband does not have time to do our regular housecleaning. This service includes vacuuming, dusting, straightening, sanitizing and cleaning toilets, sinks, and countertops, and washing the tile, linoleum, and wood floors after vacuuming them. There are other things on the checklist, like emptying all the trash baskets and the kitchen garbage can, too.

Before hiring them I was told I could expect to routinely have the same service provider or providers, and if that wasn't possible (of course life happens) they would let us know. Each visit has been different cleaners (they didn't let us know ahead of time). Two of the three times the cleaning was great, the other just okay. Cleaners have been professional. They were late to the most recent visit but didn't let me know- I had to call them and was told they'd be an hour late but it was actually over two. Because they had told me before the first visit and after the second (when I wanted to clarify that I had not misunderstood their policies) that they would communicate any changes in schedule or personnel, it's disappointing that they didn't.

 + -1 moreThe ladies arrived on time, worked efficiently and quietly at my home. Then we went up the street for them to clean my daughter's house. Again, they were efficient and fast. They cleaned our kitchen appliances inside and out and now they sparkle like new!! I was very impressed. I didn't notice any thing that I was not pleased with.
Description of Work: This housekeeping service sent two very personable young ladies to clean two houses from top to bottom. Each house is three bedroom, two bath, kitchen, living room, dining room. They asked for my expectations and then went to work quietly and efficiently. I would highly recommend this service to anyone who asks, without reservation.

Description of Work: this company has cleaned 3x's for me so far. I tell them what I need them to clean and what I don't want them to clean because you can choose what jobs you want them to do and opt out of other services. they adjust the price to those jobs and have been a very good deal lately. the work about 2hrs. each time. dusting, floors, bathroom, and mirrors, beds, my favorite is the celling fans.

 + -1 moreTerrible Experience! I am very disappointed with how unprofessional this company is. I chose a larger chain because I thought I would find more consistency. That is certainly not what I found. I requested that the same person clean my house each week, and for three months there was someone new in my house each week and most of the time my house was not cleaned to my standards. I tried to be very patient and tolerant with the situation because I wanted to make sure my kitchen was repaired and the water damage restoration company received payment. I didn't want to create a hostile relationship because I knew that I would be held responsible for the bill if she did not pay. Terrible Terrible business practices!! Very dishonest people!
Description of Work: DISASTER!!After about a month of using their services with no significant issues they sent someone to my house who put Dawn dish washing liquid in my DISHWASHER!! I cam home to a huge mess of water and bubbles in my kitchen. Eventually, that evening I reached the owner who assured me that everything would be taken care of. A local water damage restoration company came out and pulled the bottom of my cabinets apart, put in some equipment and after a few days everything was dry. All that was left was to have a contractor come out to repair my cabinets and for the water damage restoration company to receive payment for their services. Now, here we are more than two months after the incident occurred and my kitchen cabinets are still torn apart and the water restoration company is calling me to inform me that if she does not pay them then I will be held responsible for the charges. I have scheduled appointments with the staff to bring the contractor to do the job and they never showed up or bothered to call. I have also requested that my house key be returned and that has not happened. I suppose I will have to have all of my locks changed now. When I call the office or send emails, I get no reply. I suspect that they have now blocked my telephone numbers from calling the office because it never even rings when I call, no "disconnected" message, and no voice mail - nothing. I have called the owner's cell phone and she never answers and never returns my call after leaving several messages.
