Work was delayed due to cold weather, but once date was agreed on, the work was done in a timely manner, very prompt work, arrived, worked quickly and was gone.

They did a great job. He took the extra time to make sure it was working well and I was very appreciative. Very nice, very informative. I would recommend them to anyone. I have no complaints at all.

I purchased this house in December 2013. One of the home inspector's comments was that there was a crack in the garage door so I was looking for someone to repair it and possibly replace the door. When I saw the Big Deal for this company, I had them come out, anticipating that they would recommend replacing the door because of the crack. The technician inspected the door and found no other problems with it, then reinforced the cracked area. The door works great now and the crack is stabilized. When I'm ready to replace the door I will definitely use this company. Great job!

Technician figured out what was causing a horrible screeching noise and fixed it. He was very polite and went over what he did. Would definately use again.

I tried to contact the service provider, when I first purchased the deal, I left a voice mail to which he replied by leaving me another voice mail. I called back and left him a voicemail saying I wasn't interested in the services because had a bad experience with another deal. Then When I contacted Angies List again to see where was my refund they said I had to submit two different forms one for each deal, but if I wanted to try to get a quote from this provider and if the services are not performed and I am not satisfied with the quote I can request a refund. I called Decator Doors one more time and left a voice mail but never heard from them.

Went fine. Called,showed up when he said he would,did work.

I purchased this deal from Angie's list. The place was slow to respond but emailed me to make an appointment for the following Monday in the afternoon. Guy never showed up, kept calling his cell but only got a voicemail. I finally got a call back and the guy stated he "forgot" about the appointment. Rescheduled for Wednesday at 12pm. The guy showed up after 4PM, over 4 hours late. Once he finally got here he did a good job replacing the rollers. Not sure if the "deal" was worth the 9 hours of my life I spent waiting for the guy to show up.

It went pretty well. They were very quick. They got the job done and I thought it was a reasonable job. It was a pretty basic quick job. The fix was very easy. We could have done it ourselves but I was glad to have the professionals look at it.

I had said that I have 2 garage doors and they both have openers and use the keypad to come in and out of the garage. The man came out here with a new system. Before it was finished, I was already into $500. The man was nice enough. He took the old garage door opener off which was good by the day and he drove off with it. He didn’t ask me if he can have it. I didn’t know it until I saw him going out the driveway. I thought that that was rude. He should have asked. The opener that he brought with him was louder than my other one that’s older. It just bothers me. He didn’t give me a choice of what type of door opener that I would like to have. I think the installation stuff was okay. I think he’s basically dishonest and just trying to put money in his pocket. For the price, I think I should gotten that’s a little more silent. Everything seems to work alright.

He fix my rollers on the garage, Fix the Lights on garage door opener. Fix the noise level and fix the sensors where the installers had previously not secure them to my wall. Outstanding job and great work. Will definitely call this outfit first next time. Thank you.

The service providers (DECATUR DOOR SERVICE) were on time, professional, and courteous. The garage door suffered a major failure in the previous year knocking the rails and rollers out of alignment, repaired by another service provider. The rollers went off track on a regular basis. Following their garage door tune-up (DECATUR DOOR SERVICE) the door is performing better than it did six years ago when I purchased the property. Well done!

On the appointed work day, the crew arrived at our house, on time, and, within a couple of hours, had replaced the damaged panels and straightened the side rails. The torsion springs were also re-adjusted. The new panels look great and we could not be happier with their work. The crew cleaned up quickly and took away all the bent/broken pieces and packing material. Will definitely call them again when needed.

Overall experience was excellent.
