Description of Work: TIMELINE: On March 18, 2015 I purchased a Garage Door Tune Up. Through your website I contacted the Decatur Garage Door company via email asking them to contact me via my cell phone 240 401-2495 to set up the appointment. 2. I received a Call from "JEFF" on March 24, 2015 11:59 a.m. I set up an appointment time with "Jeff" for 4 p.m. HE NEVER SHOWED UP - and has not called back to reschedule. I had a family member go to the house at 4:00 p.m. and stay there all evening waiting for this guy to show up. No call back from company. I've tired "Jeff's" phone number without success. Received NO service. I have not heard back from them and I have tried to contact them without success.

Description of Work: Garage Door Tune-up was supposed to be performed March 25th, but provider did not show, nor did they call to let me know they would not make it. I messaged them on Angie's List that evening leaving a phone number where I could be reached - no response. Again, on the 26th I called them and left message on voicemail. Finally on the 27th received call that they would service me that afternoon and then they called later to cancel they said they would make it March 28th, which they did. Work was performed professional and quickly.

Description of Work: They inspected the door, replaced the rollers, lubricated the rollers, and adjusted the roller tracks. At my request he adjusted the maximum current to the motor to counter a hesitation problem during very cold weather. He also sold me a new remote controller to repllsce one that has become intermittent. I was very satisfied with the service.

Description of Work: They were to reinstall the rollers on the garage door and tune it up. What I heard afterward was that it wasn't needed, but they did it anyway. | |In my book, they should have told me that before hand and refund the money.

Description of Work: Provider did no show up at pre-arranged time and day. I sent email via Angie's list on the schedule date and have not received a response.

Description of Work: Replaced rollers on garage door. Appt. made by phone, didn't show. Don't know what the disconnect was but rescheduled and they arrived on time. It happens. | |My only complaint was that they did not clean up afterwards. The old rollers/hardware were left on the garage floor.

Description of Work: I gave them a B on punctuality because they didn't come the first time scheduled...don't know what happened there. However, once reminded they came promptly. Garage door is now operating smoothly without all the noises I previously noticed. Thanks!

Description of Work: My garge door jumped the tracks because a previous service did such a shotty job. Decatur Door completely corrected the problems with the door for only a service call. The door now operates better than ever. I will definitely use them again.
