Description of Work: I wish Angie's List had a space for an A+ rating. B & B Roofing has been an exemplary company to work with. Michael Burnett, co-owner, is a champ. He returned our initial call within hours, spent well over an hour with us on his first site visit, answered our questions with straight and easy to understand information, took our phone calls when we had even more questions, delivered samples of several colors of metal roofing, delivered additional samples when we asked to see more colors, refigured his bid promptly and without a frown when we changed our parameters to a different type of metal roof. His crew was, to a man, pleasant, polite, good-natured and constantly hard working. That work crew included Michael Burnett, Jr. and Mike Burnett, Sr., by the way. We didn't deal with a salesman who made a bid and then disappeared; we got great service from the two guys who own the company. The fact that B & B Roofing also submitted the lowest bid was just icing on the cake.

Description of Work: Evaluated and replaced house gutters and replaced downspouts. Came immediately after signing up for an Angie's special. Gave immediate and accurate estimate. Anticipated the need to replace more than he recommended. There was a delay from what the estimated start date and I waited and after 2 or 3 weeks called and he was at our house that day. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Description of Work: Replaced leaking bathroom vent roof exit with new unit that did not leak rainwater. Also replaced the cracked, weathered rubber boots around 3-4 sanitary stack vents and rehung a section of aluminum gutter that had come loose. I will entertain using B&B Roofing when my shingles need replacement. Reasonably fast response.

Description of Work: Replaced hail damaged roof to include new flashing around chimney which repaired a leak I had been dealing with for years and had "repaired" on 2 previous occasions. They also: installed vinyl soffit; wrapped the facia, freeze board and garage door; and installed new 6" gutters and downspouts.
