Waited some time to write this to give B&B a chance to remedy. Quote was straightforward. Removal and new roof seemed to go smoothly. Later, had a couple of leaks which resulted in interior damage to the house. Mr. Burnett assured me he would fix both the leak and the interior damage. MIchael did come out after an extended amount of time to address the external leaks and add a piece of gutter but never followed thru on his promise to fix the interior damage. Mr. Burnett claimed the leaks were from my in ability to keep leafs out of the valleys. Mr. Burnett is very busy and his Voicemail was often full which also led to some frustrating days. I would only say, there are a ton of roofers out there in this area, do your homework.

Excellent service. I first contacted B&B Roofing about 5 years ago for a leaking roof. Since then Michael has come out about once a year to do repairs until I could save up enough to replace the roof. He is very professional, knowledgeable and patient. This year I had finally saved up the funds to replace the roof. Michael worked with me to find the options best suited to my needs and steered me away from needless expenses. The roof was replaced in Feb 2018. We have had some very heavy rainfalls and high winds. The roof has held up beautifully.

The cleanup was very good. The work was thorough. The owner was here daily a couple of times daily. They did this work in a day and a half. He did the roofing in a day. They had some details to finish up in the second day. It's kind of amazing. One whole day to do over 2,000 square feet of roof with other mods, decking repairs and so forth. That was one of the promises of the job that he would bring enough people to get it done in a day.

We had done business with B&B Roofing Co before for a minor repair or our garage's roof. We were pleased with their earlier work so we decided to ask them for a quote now that it is time to replace our roof. We called for a quote. Representative came out to look at roof over 3 (nearly 4) weeks ago. After 1.5 weeks, we emailed B&B to remind them to provide a quote and got no reply. After 2.5 weeks, we then called again to remind them to please provide a quote; we were told they were back logged after being out of town but would get on it. Now it's been over a week since then and still no quote. It's 3.5 to 4 weeks that we've been waiting for a quote. I can accept a company being booked/busy but they could at least tell us that they have no intention of pursuing our business at this time. Very unprofessional. I can no longer recommend this company.

I highly recommend BB Roofing Co, for your next roofing needs. I feel like the whole crew treated my repairs as if they were repairing their own home. Overall, the whole experience was exceptional! I first set up 3 estimates from Angie's list and BB, Michael Burnett and crew, was, BY FAR, the most reasonable! The focused and hard working crew arrived on time. They all got right to work and did exactly what I had asked and then some extra repairs I added. I asked them to cut off the top of the, ever-leaking, chimney to even out the roof and then they replaced the whole roof in one day. The roof looked great! Kenny came back the next day and replaced the rotten facia, siding and damaged gutters. BB has the seamless gutter machine on-site to shape/assemble gutters. Kenny has 20 years experience in working with gutters. He did an excellent job! I decided to save money and paint the repairs myself, but I know I'm real "old"...because I'm so proud of my beautiful roof and gutters! lol. I seriously don't believe you will go wrong, if you have BB work for you! ps: I used the BB, Angie's List, coupon and received $250 off my deductible. It really helped me!

Michael originally came out to repair chimney leak but during conversation he pointed out some other issues with roof. Had been talking with my wife about going to metal roof anyway so had him give quote for that. He was well under the other quotes I had received and had good reviews so had him do the job. His crew was very efficient and around the house was cleaned up very well.

They were excellent. I would recommend them, they're a good local company. The workers were excellent. There was one thing; there was a little flashing showing and I had called and he didn't get back to me on it and I had to call a couple of times, but it was nothing really major.

I was very pleased with the professionalism and service from B&B Roofing. They responded quickly, came out and gave an estimate, then completed the repair within a week. The repair seems to be well done and I was impressed that the owners did the work themselves (as they typically do for small jobs). They also made a couple of other minor repairs while fixing the leak.

Excellent. I will be using them in a few years when I need to replace my roof. I first contacted B&B three years ago when my roof started leaking. He fixed the two leaks and looked over the entire roof to ensure everything was ok. He found an old bullet embedded in the garage roof, removed it and repaired the hole. He said it looked like it had been there for a while. I asked for an estimate on when the roof would need replacement. He said the roof still looked ok and probably had 3-5 years left and probably more like 5. This is in keeping with what I know about the house. Since then, whenever I notice a leak I give him a call, verify his prices for a patch, leave a few shingles out on the deck and mail him his check after the repair. Since the patch jobs don?t take long, he just stops by when he is in the neighborhood, takes care of it and any additional damage he sees & leaves his bill. I normally don?t ask for an exact date or time, but the job has always been done within a few days. As it stands now, I have more faith in the patches then the rest of the roof.

Our roof is leaking- called and spoke with Micheal on Monday for an estimate, he said he would come out that afternoon (weather permitting) or on Tuesday. He didn't show up or call by Tuesday afternoon so I called him and he said he would be here that afternoon or first thing on Wednesday morning. Wednesday came and went...no call or nothing. Micheal seemed like a nice guy, but overall I believe it is unprofessional to conduct business this way- no way I could trust someone with something as important as the roof over my head when he can't keep his word about something as simple as giving an estimate.

I've used B&B Roofing before so I wanted to try them again on a new rental property I bought. So, I called Michael up and he sent his gutter guy out to do the job the next week. His gutter guy has been doing gutters for decades. He's very experienced and knows what he is doing and gets it done very fast. I checked on the progress just after lunch and he was basically done. The gutters look fabulous. They really make the house pop from the street. They located the down spouts exactly where I expected pointing in the direction that I had asked. Seamless gutters just can't be beat for improving the appearance of your house. They appear to give the house a look as though it had been finished with crown molding. And seamless gutters do the better than anything. They were even able to match the color on my house very well. I didn't even have to paint them. So, all in all I was very satisfied with this job. So, much so that I recommended to my son to install on his house. He was very satisfied as well. Michael Jr. has taken the business over from his dad. His dad still helps out but Michael brings a lot of youthful energy to the business.

We had major leaking in our bedroom. My husband called another roofer and got an estimate ($1400) for what they incorrectly determined was an extensive flashing issue requiring about 2 days of work with a team of men and a bunch of materials. However, we decided to get another estimate. I called B&B Roofing and Mike Bennett responded immediately. He and Big Mike came quickly to our home (without making us wait 2 days to fit us in, like yet another roofing company), inspected the attic and the roof, and immediately determined the problem. They had the tools to fix it in their truck and within 20 minutes our roof had been repaired. I loved how they were so quick, knowledgeable, friendly, and prepared for whatever eventuality which they might meet. They clearly explained the problem which we had been having, cleaned up the cut shingles and rusty nails, and even removed a pesky dove's nest from the gutter. They did all this, and charged MUCH less than the estimate from the other roofing company. I love this company and if I have any other issues, they will be the first ones that I call.

Great experience. Contacted B+B Roofing for an estimate and spoke to Michael Burnett. He inspected our roof and prepared an estimate while we were not at home. He called me to let me know that I had some roof areas that he felt needed to be covered before another rain event. He offered to cover them even though I was still getting estimates. He returned the next day and covered the areas of concern. Because he went the extra mile in customer service, we hired B+B over two other roofers, even though B+B's estimate was higher than either of the others. The crew worked two 10-12 hour days and were very efficient. After inspecting the work, we had a few minor things we wanted to have corrected. We texted Michael and he took care of them the next day. The job site was cleaned at the end of each day. Wonderful experience. My neighbor asked for their contact information and I happily gave it to them.

Complete job went very smooth. Shingles and tar paper were remove and dropped into trash trailer. when almost completed, One of the crew members went around cleaning up pieces of shingle and tar paper that had missed the trash trailer. He also ran the nail magnet over the yard and bushes collecting the nails that had dropped. The roof and yard were very clean before they left. They will be putting up some gutters shortly. I thought the price was a little high, but he is working with me to help me pay the balance due after the insurance check.

Responded quickly and got right out to the site that day to provide a quote. Impressed with promptness and although didn't use their services, wouldn't hesitate to call them again for other roofing work.

Michael Burnett was very professional & responsive to us, and provided a very thorough inspection of the roof exterior (lifted shingles) as well as from the attic side. He confirmed that there was no leak which meant that the HVAC air handler had a problem instead (and was then repaired). Michael did not charge us for the inspection even though he and a co-worker had to spend time on the roof & in the attic. I will most definitely use them in the future if I have roofing issues!!

I called 3 or 4 places from angie's list in our area with overall good ratings. They're the only one who bothered to actually go to the top of the roof to check out the damage (others just looked at it from the back yard). They give me more reasonable quotes for a small job. They were courteous and honest when I asked them questions and provided the digital pictures for their inspection. It did take them a couple of days to get material. They finished job well. Overall they did a trustworthy job, especially compared to other places I called (One of the other companies without inspecting stated I can call insurance to replace our entire roof and cost us nothing, but I happen to know that it will affect our future premium plus it is not an abuse of insurance in my opinion).

I appreciate B&B roofing taking on the small job. Some other companies would not return my call or take the job. The job was done in the agreed upon time frame for the agreed upon price. It was done professionally and correctly. B&B roofing took the time to text me pictures of the in progress work and completed job since I was at work. They also took the time to replace a damaged shingle elsewhere on the roof, which they noticed while fixing the tree damage. I will definitely contact them in the future for any roof repair quotes.

Did an excellent job, very happy with the results. Would definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone needing a new roof.

I called B&B on a Monday and was told they would try to come out to my house that day to give me an estimate on a roof repair. I never heard back from them. I called the following Friday, left a message and never heard back. This took place almost two weeks ago and still no contact.

I found them through Angies List and they did an excellent job. They showed up on time, did exactly what they said they were going to do, cleaned up incredibly well, and I have nothing but good things to say about them. They were on time for the estimate and for the work. He explained everything very clearly, answered all my questions, showed up on time for work, did the job quickly and accurately and they really cleaned up well. The employees were nice fellows, though the roofing is messy but they did a pretty reasonable job of keeping that to the minimum. His price was good and their work was excellent. They did a really good job, the owner was here most of the time checking up on everything and absolutely nothing went wrong. I was so impressed with these folks that I checked only one other company but this company was significantly less. I would recommend them to anybody. The owner of this company is a second generation roofer.

Mike and Mike (owners) both showed personal interest in the quality of work performed by their men and both personally took part in the work. I would highly recommend B&B.
