Terry did an excellent job on every aspect of his work. The front door had rotten wood at the bottom of both sides from water running down the sides from an overhead leak. Also, the trim work at the door jamb was rotten as well. Terry cut out the rotten wood and replaced it, replaced the door jamb, and caulked and painted everything. Unrolled the canvas awning on the front porch, relocated the metal support bracket on one side where it was not properly installed, which caused part of the leak problem, and attached it where he found wooden support to attach it to. Moved another metal support bracket to match the other bracket he relocated. Unrolled canvas awning totally and attached it to the outer supports. Caulked areas at the original spots where the brackets had been and caulked above the storm door. Matched and Installed panel over damaged-from-roof-plumbing pipe-leak. Removed and replaced ceiling light fixture which was damaged by the leak. Caulked and finished off ceiling repair. Tested range hood parts and determined it needed a new motor and fan. Installed new motor and fan and it works like new. Took out rotten wood around a window that had a bad overhead leak. Terry removed all of the material around the window and rebuilt and wrapped it. Caulked where needed, and painted new materials which included the windowsill. Looks better now than when I moved in. Punctuality was not an issue with me and I let Terry know this.

The concrete patio needed to go in preparation for a new paver patio. Terry promptly gave estimate and began work as promised. Right away the difficulty became apparent: the concrete was much thicker and much stronger than Terry estimated. But that did not stop him from completing the job. Terry spent hours and hours at the bone rattling jackhammer, breaking up and removing piece by piece. Terry's attitude throughout was exemplary. He persevered, remained calm, steadily worked and NEVER said anything about abandoning the job or revising the estimate. Terry did an excellant job from start to finish. We renegotiated the price at the end. He only asked that the additional cost of longer jackhammer rental be covered. He never asked for more money for his additional labor. During a post job conversation Terry reflected on the challenge remarking that it was a labor of love. I think this shows his remarkable professionalism, his dedication to his committments and his honesty in business. Please don't call Terry to bust up your concrete patio, I think he'll say NO. In any other job I'm sure you'll witness his exemplary character traits and experience complete satisfaction.

He came out and I explained everything I needed done. He went home, put together an estimate, and e-mailed it to me within couple of days. He offered his opinion and he confirmed that what I wanted was in his expertise.

He's just the best handyman you could hire. He can do most anything!

The job was done with excellent results at a fair price. I will hire him again for other improvements if possible.

Let me just say that Terry seems to be a jack of all trades. He knows when a job is out of his league, but most things he can handle. He was extremely friendly and accomodating. He was there when he said he would be there. He secured my home when he left. His work was like "perfection". I could not more highly recommend him. And, he lives and works right here in my neighborhood, Lake Forest, Daphne, AL. I'd give him an A+++, seriously. So easy to work with!

Terry Youngblood is a very good "handyman". He has performed many jobs for us: painting exterior doors, replacing hardware on doors, hanging shelves and such, cleaning the roof rain gutter, repairing a walkway by pouring new concrete by hand, fixing the electrical switch on our whirlpool tub, making an access in the cultured marble to get to the motor of our whirlpool tub, mounting smaller lcd tv on wall. There are probably some things I have forgotten to mention.I highly recommend Terry and still have many projects for him to tackle.

It drastically improved the aesthetics of our home and it's curb appeal. I especially enjoy his senior discounts!

The workmanship was superior in both instances. The work was done in a timely manner and he is extremely pleasant to work with.

He always has a good attitude and we were very happy with the price which was for labor only. What a difference in cleaning and cleanliness, not to mention the savings of cost and labor in maintaining our new floors.

Terry Youngblood was referred to me by a friend, who is quite pleased with his work. She had just replaced a storm door and suggested that the old one, which was still good, could be used here. Terry brought it over and did the modifications to fit it in, and it has performed very well. Later he came again to dog-proof my picket fence by addition of wire mesh. He also leveled the sagging gates. Terry is busy and may need to be reminded that you have work for him! Once he starts the job, he does complete it.

He has done really good work.

Mr. Youngblood came to my home to repair my plumbing as soon as he could (about an hour) after my initial phone call, pushing all of his other appointments back due to us not having water and me having 3 small children at home. He was quick and honest. I would definitely refer him to others and call him in the future for any of my plumbing needs. :)

It was very good. I liked everything and I have no complaint.
