Great! It was way more involved than we knew and Terry took it all in stride. He figured out just what to do and did it very well. We are very pleased and will call again as well as recommend to our friends.

Terry did a couple jobs for me. Replaced attic fans, painted stairwell and hung new fixture, but the big job was removing old fluorescent lights in kitchen and putting in recessed lighting. Will definitely work with Terry again.

The project went very well!! My mother-in-law's cottage needed exterior work as requested by her homeowner's insurance company. Terry had a crew demolish and remove an exterior brick chimney. Additionally, Terry 1) installed board and batten siding to the location where the chimney had been, 2) installed plywood roofing, tar paper and shingles to the newly created gap where the chimney had exited, and 3) replaced, primed and painted a fair amount of rotted boards on the exterior of the cottage. He kept us apprised of his schedule, even texting photos of his progress. My mother-in-law was delighted when he trimmed some trees as well (not even in the work scope) and came in about $500 less than he had estimated. Overall, the job took about 3 days to complete.

Terry Youngblood was a pleasure to work with. Very professional and completed projects look great. If he was not the best company to do a particular thing he let me know and direct me to other super contractors to complete those unrelated projects.

We told him how we wanted to use the deck, and he made suggestions that greatly improved the functionality We wanted pergolas that wouldn't blow away in the next hurricane, and these are super sturdy! If they cannot get right to us, they always get to us within a reasonable time period. The biggest plus to their service, besides the friendly and professional service, is the "thinking" that Mr. Youngblood brings to every job. If he does not know how to do something, he will figure it out. We will continue to use their services for other projects.

I have used Terry for at least 20 years and have always been satisfied. I have learned to always check with him before I let anyone work on my home. You might have to wait a few, but it's worth it to have someone you can trust.

Terry did a great job. My beds were missing pieces and screws because I had terrible movers. He was able to figure out a fix very quickly. Terry worked hard and got the job done in much less time than I had estimated. The cost was extremely reasonable for the hard work put in. I would definitely hire Terry again.

Great. I called Terry during a holiday weekend, assuming I would need to wait a few days. But he had a replacement opener on hand and came out that afternoon. I think it took a bit longer than he expected, but he plugged away and had the job done before suppertime.

Very good. I have used Terry Youngblood before for other works in my hose (he did our pool deck few years ago). I highly recommend Terry to anybody that is looking for a very good and respectful handyman that is very serious with about satisfy his costumers without ripping off their budgets.

Mr Youngblood came and replaced the unit in 30minutes. He was very efficient and polite.

I have a shed that had been a shop for the previous owner. Boards were missing under the eaves (ventilation?) and the walls were just exposed studs. Many spiders, birds (nests), and other wildlife were setting up house in there. I asked Terry to finish the interior of this 12 X 16 foot 2 story shed so it can be used it for storage ? like a closet in the house. Terry did an excellent job finishing and insulating, upstairs and down. The sheetrock was painted and shelving installed. An air conditioner was installed and the opening in the wall sealed. He redid the outside, enclosing the soffit / facia, removed a turbine vent and repaired roofing. New double doors and paint add to the ?bug proofing? and life of this building. We discussed several options for flooring, since this is just a shed, not part of the house and top of the line flooring was not needed. Since the floors were solid and level, Terry recommended painting with a deck paint so it can withstand the scuffing it might get moving boxes and other stored items. This was economical and still provided the durability for a storage room floor. Terry provided a more than competitive estimate. He also provided cost saving ideas and creative solutions to meet my requirements. Terry is professional and easy to work with. He is timely, detail oriented, creative, provides cost savings, works with your budget and schedule. Terry communicates well with the client to assure the project is being completed to your satisfaction. Very experienced and capable to tackle most any project.. My red barn is so completely and nicely finished; with a little plumbing, it could be a Tiny House. I would recommend Terry highly for any project you have and will call him for my future projects.
