Description of Work: Terry did an excellent job. He installed a hood vent and did backsplash in our kitchen. Also repaired roof leaks and moved our microwave. We would recommend him for any jobs.

Description of Work: He was one of the rudest men I’ve ever met. He basically told me he didn’t want to do the work and was insulting in the way he said it. I sent him away and submitted the request through Angie’s List. They sent me him and I didn’t realize it was him coming out until he came out. When he got here, he tried arguing with me and I sent him away again. He then sent me a nasty text that I ignored.

Description of Work: Terry responded to my request for an estimate on several jobs around my house the same day I contacted him. Because our house was just days from going on the market a few repairs were needed quickly, and Terry took our timeline very seriously. | |The project that I first called about was the hole in the ceiling in the laundry room that had been caused by some kind of leak (which we had ignored and simply not noticed because of the high ceiling). He was very thorough and checked our roof and showed me how two roof "boots" were not sealed and therefore letting water through. (There was a huge water stain around the hole as well.) | |While Terry was inspecting it, I remembered that we had a window sill that a dog had destroyed years ago by chewing (but it had been hidden by furniture) and he took a look at that too. He also quoted me on painting a spot in the garage and taking down wallpaper and painting around the shower stall. | |After seeing his estimate, which was very reasonable, we decided to keep the budget low and cover only the two biggest issues, the laundry ceiling and windowsill. The process required the replacement of one roof boot and sealing the other, yet Terry went beyond and sealed all our roof boots at no charge (this was not in his estimate). He also replaced the popcorn ceiling over the dryer and found a paint at Lowes that matched. The windowsill was repaired to perfection. Terry did a great job all around!

Description of Work: Although it took some time for the project to get started, Youngblood Home Improvements did stay in contact with us and they were very user friendly through the use of email, etc which is very rare for this kind of company. I would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: Poured 8'x 9' concrete foundation and assembled a Suncast storage shed on it. Mounted two televisions on a wall, and installed two upper cabinets in the utility room. All work was performed in a timely manner and to our complete satisfaction. The work was performed over a 3-4 week period with total completion on February 11, 2015. I do not recall the total cost as each job was paid for separately. We considered the charges as reasonable.

Description of Work: I wholeheartedly recommend Youngblood Handyman Services!! We had several unrelated items needing repair that included: drywall repair, painting, electrical installation, installation of new exterior door etc. Terry performed all of these services in a professional, timely, and impeccably executed manner. He was on time, professional, and very personable. The scope of his knowledge across numerous fields of home repair was amazing. Description of Work: He repaired the ceiling that had been damaged by a leak. He re-balanced our dish washer. He repaired a can light that had popped out of the ceiling. He fixed a drawer that needed new tracks. In the near future he is doing even more projects in our home. He is friendly and professional. We will continue to use him and recommend him to others.

Terry brought in knowledgable helpers to insure the job was done quickly and accurately. There was a little more work to do than originally planned, but there was never a discussion about more money. Description of Work: Did numerous repairs to our home so we could get it in good shape to list for sale. Did excellent job at a fair cost. What really impressed us - brought in a guy to removed and replace a few split bricks that had cracked over the years, when our foundation settled following construction 18 years ago. Our very experienced realtor said she didn't even know that was possible.

Description of Work: Terry is prompt, professional, and great to do business with. His estimate was almost exactly what the real cost was. Not only would I use this company again............we actually have already asked him to do more work for us!

Description of Work: He is very punctual and professional. His price was higher that I could get at a local Home and Garden center by 800.00 so I had to go another route. I would definitely give him another chance to work with.

Description of Work: He repaired the chimney brick work and replaced my kitchen disposal. We were pleased with how quickly he came to the rescue of the disposal!

Description of Work: He transformed an ugly plain concrete patio off the back of our home by enlarging it 3 ft. and added a custom bordered design over the concrete. The workmanship was superior in an unbelievably short span of time. We were extremely pleased with the results.

Description of Work: He tiled the front porch giving it an entirely new atmosphere which made it more inviting to my home. It looks great! I was extremely happy with the results and his professionalism. Price includes the tile. :-)
