+ -1 moreIt went fine and it was the second time I used them. I decided to use them again because I liked the job they did the first time. They were not able to get out some pip stains from the carpet, but nobody can do that and I understand that.
Description of Work: I have used Citrus Solution Cleaning and the last time I used them was in summer and they cleaned the carpet in the living room and master bedroom.

The technician that came out to clean was very pleasant and professional and listened to me as I walked him through the house showing him my problem spots. He pretreated every problem spot and high traffic areas before starting to clean. Because of poor cleaning carpet cleanings the last two times my high traffic areas were very soiled. He got out all of the stains and my traffic areas are clean!!
Description of Work: I had all of the carpets cleaned in our home including living room, dining room, 3 bedrooms, hall and stairs.

+ -1 moreI have worked with Mike for years and he is tremendous. He is prompt, courteous and professional and he gets all the stains out!! He will cheerfully come back if any stains resurface. You cannot be this product for cleaning--I have pets and am very picky about my carpets. He leaves a bottle of stain remover that is incredible stuff--unlike anything you will get in the store. The scent is light and fresh and does not linger. Carpets, once cleaned, are barely damp and dry quickly. He gets under furniture and always gives you more for your money.

+ -1 moreWhen I called the office to schedule the service, the representative explained the way the product cleaned and answered my questions courteously and completely. I have asthma, and was concerned that any strong scent would trigger an asthma attack. She assured me that they had cleaned homes for people with asthma and allergies before with no problems. The cleaner was on time and courteous. After discussing the rooms to be cleaned he looked them over to see if there were any special spots to take care of. The cleaning was fast and almost odor free. Afterward, he explained what they had done and gave me a brochure, a 10% referral coupon and a bottle of spot cleaner. I was extremely pleased with the speed, work, and price of the cleaning and would highly recommend this company.
Description of Work: They cleaned our carpeting in the living room, 3 bedrooms, and hallway. Furniture was moved as appropriate and the cleaning was done in the entire room.

+ -1 moreThe technician called before arriving to let me know he was on his way. He was prompt for the scheduled time. He was professional in appearance and demeanor and courteous. He pretreated stains and then cleaned the carpet. He also asked which items of furniture I would like to have moved so he could clean underneath. The cleaning solution did not smell harsh before or after the cleaning. The pre-treatment was very citrusy, but dissipated quickly. I like the fact there are no strong chemical residues left in the carpet. The carpets look fantastic and they feel great. I am very pleased with the work done and highly recommend them. As with any carpet cleaning, you will need to circulate the air to get the carpets to dry. I ran my ceiling fans and a tower fan for about 4-5 hours.
Description of Work: Treated and cleaned carpet in my LR, DR, Hallway, MBR, and 2 BR. Dupon Teflon applied to carpet in LR and DR. Price paid for work was $195 for cleaning and $40 for Teflon treatment.
