It was good. I added on the hallway so there was $20 extra. They were very good about arranging the schedule that day when I need them. I didn't have a schedule for that day so they made an extra slot for me to be able to do it.

I was very happy with the results. The citrus agent used for cleaning made the house smell very fresh and clean. I will definitely hire this company again.

Chase and the crew at Citrus Solution were awesome. I had a huge area rug that needed to be cleaned and then prepared for storage. They carefully moved all of my furniture, got the rug, cleaned it, and then put it in my attic - none of those were easy tasks. They were incredibly fair in their pricing and did a great job. I have used everyone in town at one point and I will go back to Citrus Solution. The guys who came to the house were very mannerly, tidy, and dressed professionally. All of the costs were shown up front and there were no surprises. Very good experience.

The service tech called ahead to see if he could come about 45 min early. Was very professional. I showed him the rooms that we needed cleaning and resumed the work I was doing to my deck. I was just about to go check on him, to see how things were going, when he returned to tell me he was already finished. Did a very nice job and would defiantly recommend them and will use them again in the future. They even left me with a bottle of their spot cleaner that works great!

Cirtus is FANTASTIC! I have two dogs and Citrus was able to get the odor and ALL stains out of the furniture. Fantastic job. I highly recommend.

We needed our carpet done very badly and they came at 7:45 am so that they could accommodate our schedule because we were leaving for vacation. When they were done, it smelled so good - not chemically. They were able to remove the stains and also gave us a complementary bottle of stain remover. They were on time and polite.

It went great! The carpet in the rooms and stairs looked good. The next day we noticed one spot in one of the bedrooms. I called and without any question was told that Joseph would be back to re-do that spot. He was booked up but came early the next day so he could get it in before we left. The sectional sofa is old and was dirty, but he did a great job on it. When we came back in, we couldn't believe how good it looked and smelled! Joseph did a wonderful job and was very accommodating - left a bottle of the spot remover for us to use.

Price was very Fair I think. They were very nice, very professional, on time and did a wonderful job. I would recommend them to anyone.

Very impressed. Father and son team came over punctually, explained exactly how the cleaning results would look like (white sofa, had not been cleaned since we bought it 2 years ago), then did a very thorough job, it actually looked a lot better than I had expected. They also left me a big bottle of cleaning solution free of cost! Would definitely use again (probably once a year to keep sofa looking good) .

They do a pretty good job. They cleaned all our living room furniture. They are polite and courteous. They come when they say they will come, so I don't have to wait around during a time frame. They get in and out quickly. We are satisfied with their work. They are really not as expensive as competitors in the area.

Excellent job cleaning my carpets. Professional service and great communication from their office. The technician was running late from another job, but their office called me several times with updates on his status. Carpets look great, so I'm a very happy customer.

I really liked working with this company. They did everything right, reasonable pricing, arrived on time, and did a good job. I was a little disappointed in the results. The gentleman who cleaned the carpets did state that some stains (depending on what they are and knowing that we had Berber, which is harder to clean) will look better, but still be visible. For us, that was the case. Many of the stains had come back in a short amount of time. Since then, I have purchased my own carpet cleaner. However, if I ever have needs for a carpet cleaning company, I would contact citrus. I would also recommend to any friends needing their services.

They were upfront on cost. They were there for around two hours. Very punctual on time.

The house was full of carpet (all but the kitchen and entry), and it was not extremely dirty looking, but there were a couple of ugly stains that we thought would not come out. Our realtor had told us he would have all the carpet cleaned before we moved in, so this is who he chose. We were quite surprised to see that those 2 really bad rusty looking stains were gone when they were finished! And the whole house looked and smelled refreshed. I really liked the fact that the product used is an all natural citrus-based product. And they even left us a spray bottle to spot clean. Have used it many times since, and it has worked on lots of dirty spots.

The price was very reasonable. My in-laws used them the last time but we have had them come to our house and clean a couple of rooms before. We've used them over and over again. The carpet was clean, they are very responsive. We needed someone to come out very quickly and they did, they made time to do that. The carpet smells great, it looks great. We've had them several times. The people are great. They tell you they will come back if the pet spots come back. They also spend extra time on a carpet that was extremely dirty, they are very thorough.

He told me that the carpet would dry in so many hours. He left me a bottle with a cleaning solution in it, that if I had any stains, I could just spray it on and then put a cloth on it.

The person that came did very well but the traffic patterns came back up. They came back out and redid the spots that came back up. It looked nice and the nice thing about it ws that it was dry in an hour. The carpet looked brighter and the house smelled great. They were very easy to work with.

The technician was very nice and professional. But I wasn't aware of how this particular method of carpet 'cleaning' works. No vacuuming up anything, just spraying something onto the carpet, rubbing it in and letting it dry. Yuck. If I'd have known I would not have hired them - which is completely my fault. We called the company and explained that we were not happy with the results and they came out and worked on some of the spots that didn't come out. They were very nice and did the work, but we just aren't happy at all with the result. The carpets aren't clean and we're out $320.
