+ -1 moreI was a bit disappointed when the arrival time of 1:00-1:30 came and went, they arrived at 2:20. When I attempted to call the business office at 1:50 to inquire about missing the arrival time, there was no answer (though they did return my call at 2:20 right as he arrived to clean the carpets). The gentleman who was performing the service was very friendly and knowledgeable about the product and the service he was providing. It did not take long for him to complete the job and was finished shortly after 4:00. The carpets look great, there are still some spots/stains - but mostly only in the high traffic areas- where I may have had unrealistic expectations.

Description of Work: My husband tracked in greasy black oil all over my new carpet...this company came in and got it all cleaned and as a bonus the carpet had a lovely orange scent. My husband was REALLY happy with them because if they could not get it clean he was going to have to pay to get it replaced, as I HATE dirty looking carpet.

Description of Work: Carpet and stairs cleaned along with trouble spots. Smelled great carpet looked like new. Good info given without a sales pitch, which was appreciated. The owner came and was very professional, very nice guy as well.

I was especially impressed with the result of the cream glider, as I wasn't sure it would be able to be cleaned enough to make a difference. The service man was professional and friendly. Although our job was fairly small, they traveled over 30 miles to perform the service and didn't charge any additional fees.
Description of Work: Citrus Solution cleaned two upholstered chairs: a cream fabric glider and a silk fabric arm chair. They did an excellent job!

+ -1 moreThe tech arrived precisely at 830 , he was done by 11 and the carpets were dry by late afternoon. When he left my carpets were fresh smelling, looked brighter, cleaner and fluffier. While he cleaned the orange smell was a little strong but quickly dissipated and was gone by the next morning. While my house didn't smell like an orange the house also didn't have that musty odor that you usually have for a day or so after carpets are shampooed . Two weeks later my house still smells fresh (no more dog odor) and they carpets still look great. Overall I was very pleased with my experience and plan on using Citrus Solutions for all of my carpet cleaning needs i the future

They left a container of the cleaning solution so I could spot clean. They were prompt, and professional. Their rates were reasonable. I would use them again.

+ -1 moreHe just did an excellent job I couldn't believe how clean the carpets were after the service. Very nice guy everything went well without a hitch. He showed up on time did the job , 4 rooms, stairs, landing and hallway in no time at all and gave ma a free bottle of cleamning solution. The house smelled wonderfully clean and fresh citrussy . I will hire them again for sure. Nothing but good things to say about Citrus Solutions. I even recommended them to my co workers.
Description of Work: Very good experience. He showed up on time and did an excellent job on carpet of a foreclosed house I bought. I thought had gone to the dogs but he saved the day and cleaned it really well.

+ -1 moreThey arrived late because their tRuck broke down and they had to find a replacement. The man cleaned the 5 rooms and left noting there were some spots he couldn't remove. He left.
Description of Work: I had my wall to wall carpets cleaned in 4 bedrooms and rec room. There were several spots that the technician said he could not remove. I removed one of the spots myself which was almost like a black gummy tar spot with spot shot after the technician left. I didn't understand why he couldn't get it out since that is his business and his products are so much stronger than mine. The technician explained that their product leaves no residue to attract dirt after the cleaning but my experience does not confirm that claim. There were certain areas in my rec room where the carpet did not stay clean very long and those areas did seem to attract stains right away. The carpet in that area is in good shape and is relatively new so it has nothing to do with the age of the carpet. I was neither impressed with their product nor their service although my house had a nice citrusy smell for a day after the cleaning. I would not use them again because I was not impressed with their cleaning power. They were professional and polite though.

+ -1 moreThey were punctual and careful with my floors. They use an all natural product on the carpets and it smells so good. My technician worked fast and efficiently. My carpets look excellent now and I would use them again and recommend them to someone else.
Description of Work: We have lived in our house almost 3 years, and the carpets were new when we moved in. However, with 3 young children and two pets, our den and stairs especially had some spots that needed treatment. We also had the bedrooms and upstairs hallway cleaned.

+ -1 moreThe employee arrived on time, discussed the job to be done, He was advised and shown the spots and went right to work. After finishing, he explained about wait time before walking on the carpet, etc. He collected payment and left. The carpet looked good, even the old dog urine spots. Unfortunately, after the carpet dried some new white spots appeared where the urine spots had been. We called the company and described the problem. They had someone here early the next morning and he re-cleaned the spots. This time they dried spot-free. In the month since then there has been no sign of the spots. Neither has any of the carpeting "walked-in" any dirt, unlike steam cleaned carpets. We will definitely use this company and their process again.

A specific name was suggested to me so I contacted the company and asked for him by name. He contacted me back, personally, and was scheduled to come out the next day. I wasn't here while he worked but when I got home the carpet was already dry and the house smelled great! I highly recommend Citrus Solutions. I can't imagine we'll ever use anyone else (or try to do it on our own) again!

+ 0 moreI needed my basement carpet cleaned especially the area in front of the door where oily residue was tracked in from the garage. They did an excellent job. Asked them to return to clean a microfiber sectional sofa. Again, they did an excellent job. Drying time was fast and smell was wonderful. They also left me with a spray bottle of product to use in the rest of the house. The cleaner also works on lots of other things besides carpet and upholstery.

They were very punctual and courteous in their dealings with me, and provided an estimate of the work in a very timely fashion. They did an outstanding job of cleaning the carpets. I will use them when it is time to clean the carpets in my home.

Worker came on time; walked through areas with me to be sure he had understanding of my concerns; began work immediately; completed quickly; no rest stops taken; no radio or headphones. NOTE: worker explained why stain in one area of concern was not completely removed. Explanation made sense = I had a new dog, a lab. I was not aware of problems that could arise from this breed and had let the stain build up. Worker removed 85% of that stain. All other spots removed. Cleaning solution had very non-offensive odor---I liked it. It fades quickly.

+ -1 moreI called Candy on June 2nd and she had Joe out to do the job on the same day. When does that ever happen? I don't have my carpets cleaned often because we don't wear our shoes in the bedrooms, take drinks in there, etc. I noticed that the carpets were beginning to look a little shabby though and I remembered what a good job CitruSolution had done in the past. They are still the same great company! Two guys got right on the job of treating any stains, applying the citrus cleaner, "buffing" the nap of the carpet, and vacuuming away any remaining solution on the surface of the carpet. They made my 15+ year old carpet look, smell, and FEEL great again. I would definitely recommend them over those big companies who are always on t.v. advertising - and who leave your carpet SOAKING wet. (Two family members have asthma and have never had any problems with odors, chemicals, etc after having our carpets cleaned with the all natural citrus solution.)
Description of Work: Joe from CitruSolution came out and cleaned the carpets in three bedrooms and one bath. He was quick, efficient, professional and left my carpets BARELY damp and smelling very faintly of wonderful orange oil.
