Description of Work: Newly purchased property. Previous bidder wanted a carpet allowance. I willbe replacing carpet in future. Service/cleaning on the carpet brought it backto a good state (better than expected). Service technician was very courteousand explained why some areas of the carpeting could not be cleaned to hisliking..and as reported the carpet was cleaned better than expected.

Description of Work: Citrus Solutions arrived at my home on time and he was very nice and polite. We had just bought our house so there wasn't any furniture to move around. He was here for just over an hour but he was very thorough, didn't rush. They don't use steam cleaning. They have this citrus smelling solution that is sprayed on the floor then extracted with a high powered vacuum cleaner. The carpet did not take long to dry. We were very pleased with the result.
