Two Maids & A Mop

It was okay. They did a good job. They were here for about 4 hours.

I was disapointed with the job that the first two ladies sent out did so I called and they sent out two new fantastic ladies to finish the job the next day. They were personalable and efficient, very apologetic for the inconvenience of not receiving the quality of service they feel acceptable and did an incredable job the second time around. Defiantly ask for Pam and Lindsey, think it was. I will use this service again.

I have been using Two Maids & A Mop for several months and have been very pleased with their work. I hired them to do biweekly cleanings, and after the second cleaning, I requested the same team (two ladies) be sent each time rather than not knowing who would be showing up, and the scheduling staff was very accommodating. Michelle and Jessica are the ladies who clean for me. They are wonderful!!! They arrive on time and are professional, yet so sweet and friendly, and very interested in making sure everything is to my satisfaction. They spend about an hour and twenty minutes cleaning about 2000 square feet, which includes carpet and hardwood floors. They dust (including all miniblinds), vaccum, mop floors, and clean bathrooms (1 full and 2 half baths). If I have a special request, such as cleaning the large pendant fixture over my kitchen island, they are happy to oblige. They would clean my kitchen counters and cooktop, but I'm usually working in there and don't need it cleaned at that time. From time to time, I spend a bit more and they stay longer to tackle more detailed items, such as baseboards, door trim, and ceiling fans. I'm so very happy with Two Maids&A Mop. Tracy and Nicole are the office personnel I have had contact with, and they are both so kind and accommodating. I started using the service because I have been undergoing chemotherapy, and when Tracy found that out, she advised me to apply to a national organization called Cleaning For A Cause, which pays for four free cleanings during the time a cancer patient is in treatment. I was so touched by this kindness, and even though I've completed chemo, I will continue to use Two Maids & A Mop for biweekly cleanings. This is an excellent cleaning service, and I highly recommend them!

Great Service overall. Was a little disappointed when I opened up the pantry door and saw crumbs all over the place, but everything was excellent. They were overall fast and very friendly.

They did a very good job for being the first time they were at my house.

The cleaning was very good.

The staff did a great job although a few obvious places did not get dusted. Other than that, great service. Team arrived promptly and went straight to work. Very professional service.

Girls are very friendly and so far very pleased ..... anything I asked that they pay attention to they do that (example .... normally don't use tub but have been using jet tub for relaxing muscles - so they cleaned ....... also brought attention to my microwave .......Note: if I could afford I would use every two weeks ..... Very pleased!

They mop and shine the floor and cleaned bathroom, den kitchen and changed the sheets on the bed.

The first cleaning went very well. The longer I used the service the worse it got. I paid extra for specific items to be cleaned. I came home to find my filthy tennis shoes on top of my "disinfected countertop" right next to my toothbrush. One cleaning people broke pieces off of an antique lamp and did not report the damage. I contacted the company they offered nothing except for "we will talk to the crew" At the time the structure of the company was to have a supervisor inspect the house to assure everything had been completed correctly. Well.. the last time they cleaned for me I took pictures of places that had not been touched and sent them to the manager. The response was"I am horrified". I would not not recommend this company to anyone.

Very good --- by having them deep clean and having them once a month ..... hope to keep home clean ... blinds/baseboards/bathrooms/etc.

I recently hired Two Maids & a Mop for residential cleaning. This was the first time I used them. I was pleased with their service. I am really strict when it comes to my restrooms, dusting and base boards! I have chronic allergies so dusting well is a must for me. They did a great job with the restrooms and the house; however, I would like to see more detailed cleaning on my blinds in the kitchen area. There was what appear to be food stains left on the blinds in the kitchen. They provided a premium cleaning which takes an extended period of time and no one is perfect. Thus, overall I like the service and will rate it an "A" for that particular "overall" service on that day. Another thing, it is always great to be able to speak with a live person. I was able to speak with a staff member each time I called. The staff was very professional and very concern about my house cleaning needs...will use again.

I was happy with the service. The ladies were punctual and courteous.

They did a great job. My only complaint would be the products used…they used PineSol, which does not mix well with hardwood floors & natural stone (which is every surface in my home). I've asked them to use my personal products in the future. They were supposed to change the sheets on the bed; however, they didn't strip the bed…they placed the clean sheets over the old sheets. I will be using them again.

I was very pleased this time with the cleaning and the girls that came. They did a fantastic job.

The two ladies arrived promptly and ready to work. They spent a great deal of time on the bathrooms and bedrooms and not so much on the kitchen. They were very professional and courteous. Halfway through their time at the house the manager came to check on the quality of the service which was good, not only to be overseen but also to put name and face to the manager. I felt confident that the two women were doing what was asked. The overall cleaning was good, although the last time I used this service the home had more of a clean-fresh smell. Also, the product used on the hardwood floors was a general all purpose cleaner which pulled the wax finish off the floor which was disappointing. Otherwise, I continue to be happy with the cleaning services.

Good. Ladies were very nice and trustworthy. Worked very hard. Would think it would take them longer but didn't. Request they come on monthly basis.

Two Maids & a Mop: My overall rating for the business is 6 out of 10 - better than average. This is a business that takes customer service seriously. This is the 2nd time in two months that I have used this business. The first time, I contracted & paid for a deep clean for which I got a "barely clean." Kelley offered to send someone out for a do-over, but out of frustration, I didn't get back to her. On this, my 2nd svc, I am very pleased with the quality of the work. So, if Rena & Ellie can do my next service, & I can work out the business end of things with the company, I will use them one more time before I make a decision to continue or seek another provider.The people I have talked with in the office are courteous, professional, accommodating & have provided housekeepers on the days I have requested them. Some things that would have improved my rating: - Clear understanding of when the clock starts & ends on a service - does it begin when they pull up in my driveway or when they actually begin to work? Does it end when they complete their work or when they leave the driveway? -I was not informed that my service time was moved to an earlier slot, so I wasn't prepared for their early arrival. However, the clock started when they arrived and not at the scheduled time. -Improved communication between the staff & the workers regarding the type of service I had requested

They were here on time. They worked non-stop without taking a break. They did everything I asked them to do and were very good at talking to me if they needed anything.

I agree with the previous poster who said the service was "hit or miss". I hate to give a negative review because everyone I dealt with at Two Maids and a Mop was very nice and professional. However, the quality of the cleaning was not consistent. Sometimes they did a decent job. Other times things were missed. I gave them several chances because their price was lower than other businesses in town, but I got tired of cleaning after them. I finally had to cancel and find a new service.
