Two Maids & A Mop

I was quite disappointed with the cleaning we received; it was almost comically bad. The night prior, I straightened the whole house, removing clutter so they could focus on actual cleaning (cleared counters, emptied the dishwasher, etc.). I purchased the premium package which included sweeping/mopping, vacuuming, sanitizing appliances, spot cleaning baseboards, loading dishwasher, bathrooms and changing bed linens. Two ladies showed up on time and were friendly enough, but that is where the pleasantries ended. They left about one or two hours after arriving and this is what I found: - corn flakes on the rug from my son’s breakfast, in clear view - a piece of carrot still stuck to the baseboard by the dinner table - dishes still piled in the sink - appliances un-wiped - ring around the tub, but a splash of something like pinesol still standing at the bottom - large areas of countertops unwiped - fitted sheet popping off the bed - floors un-mopped - expensive razer missing, presumed thrown away. This wasn’t a big upset, but really just a cherry on top of the rest) One or two of these on their own may not be a big deal, but all of it together was just ridiculous. I chose Two Maids after reading about the rating system, thinking what a great incentive for the workers to do well. It turns out there is no formal rating system in place. The manager just tells you to rate the work on Google. Rather than have any maids back, I decided to cut my losses and never use them again.

They arrived a couple of hours late, but made up for it by bringing in a larger cleaning crew and staying until the job was done.

They did a great job of cleaning every nook and cranny. It was rather pricey, but if you don't use regular service, it is well worth it.

I thought it would go ok judging by how nice the ladies were. I was mistaken. I pointed out the 2 1/2 baths and did not want any sheets touched as they were all clean. Instead of focusing on the front of the kitchen cabinets it would have been nice if they did not skip the 1/2 BA downstairs. Also spend some time on mopping the whole floor instead of going around where it "looked" clean. Move a rug when mopping. I will not be hiring again.

I have used Two Maids and a Mop for several months and I am very pleased with their work. The ladies are punctual, thorough and friendly. The price is very reasonable and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a dependable cleaning service.

The maids arrive around 11:00 and stayed at my house until 4:00 pm. I was shocked at how much time and energy they put into my house. I've had "deep cleans" before by other companies that didn't compare to the detail of this team. One of the members especially worked hard to get our shower tile in perfect condition. (I don't think it was sealed properly when it was installed.) Anyway - she did a fabulous job and even talked to me (at my request) about how I could keep it under control between visits. I have currently scheduled on-going cleaning with this company for around $110 per visit and I think it is a reasonable amount for my two story home. I would be happy to have this team back at my house anytime.

They ladies arrived on time. They don't waste a minute. They supply all cleaning products. Nothing has a strong odor. They take out all the trash.

The two ladies were young, friendly, and energetic. They worked very quickly and efficiently and went above and the beyond the expected service. I was still sorting and packing our basement when they were cleaning and when they were finishing up well before the three hour limit, they offered to help me to sort and pack in the basement. With their help I was able to get a few hours worth of work done in just over an hour. I am extremely happy with the service provided and will most definitely use Two Maids and a Mop again and will request the same team.

The ladies did a great job. Thew were very friendly and worked quickly and professional. I hope to see these ladies again. I give them a grade of 9 out of 10..

Two Maids and a Mop are very professional, and they hire great maids for this service. I have used them twice, and am impressed with their work. There is nothing better than coming home to a clean house, and Two Maids makes that possible! Also, for the services provided, the cost is very reasonable. I highly recommend them.

They were okay. Some are better than others and it depends on what team they happen to send. They tend to be rather quick, it depends on how much you have them do.

We paid for a deep clean expecting the place to shine afterwards. The house was pretty clean prior to the maids coming (just had carpet and upolstry cleaned) so the goal was to have them deep clean every nook and cranney. After the cleaning, there was oven cleaning residue left in the oven, the cabinets were not cleaned, there were some cobwebs in the the ceiling corners, and there was still dog hair and dust underneath some of the furniture. They weren't that observant in the cleaning and it seems like they tried to do more spot cleaning that deep cleaning. Overall, the house didn't even smell cleaned when we came home. They did respond to my email and offered $35 off the next cleaning but I wouldn't have even ordered the services in the first place if it wasn't going to be a thorough clean.

The same two ladies, Rene and Angela, clean for me every 2 weeks. In addition to being kind and considerate, they are very thorough in their work and responsive to requests for attention to special details. This week, the ladies cleaned the entire 1st floor, including the master bath and 2 powder rooms (including mirrors), mopping all floors, vacuuming all rugs, dusting the furniture and decorative items in all rooms, and cleaning the stovetop and kitchen counter.

The house was not cleaned as well as it has been before

We love having Two Maids and a Mop come to our home. They are professional, do an excellent job and coming home after they have been there is wonderful. The floors and all of the surfaces are clean, dusted, swept, mopped, vacuumed... everything is done so well. Thank you!!!

The ladies cleaned the master bathroom and 2 powder rooms (including mirrors), mopped all floors, vaccumed rugs, dusted the furniture and decorative items, cleaned kitchen counter, cabinet kick plates, and spot cleaned cabinet, frig and freezer doors. The same two ladies, Rene and Angela, clean for me every 2 weeks. In addition to being kind and considerate, they are very thorough in their work and responsive to requests for attention to special details. We have 4 dogs and a cat, which I believe makes the cleaning job harder than normal; however, these ladies go right through it all with efficiency and a smile. They are also very accepting of the dogs frantic barking when they arrive. I've been using Two Maids and A Mop for about a year and a half, and I'm very satisfied with this agency. I first employed them because I needed help after being diagnosed with cancer and going through chemotherapy. I continue to use them even when not on chemo because they've been such a big help to me. Also, the company's manager, Tracy, has been very understanding and accommodating with my unpredictable schedule. I highly recommend Two Maids and their excellent staff!!

The screen porch was left unattended all through the summer. I called on Monday and asked if someone could come out and clean it on Tuesday. The answer was a resounding yes. And they did an exceptional job. I was able to enjoy my morning coffee there this morning. I appreciate the hard work and professionalism of the team!
