Two Maids & A Mop

The girls were professional and was concerned about what concerned me in regards to my cleaning service. They went over and beyond to make sure they cleaned in areas that I am not able to get to. They acted professional and came in got the job done in a timely manner. I was also impressed with the phone calls from the office to let me know estimated time of arrival and it was nice that they wanted feedback as well.

Yesterday was the third time I've used them for a weekly premium maintenance cleaning. The attention to detail isn't fantastic, but I have the maintenance package so that is to be expected. Yesterday's cleaning was the best by far in terms of quality but when the girl called to get directions to my house she repeatedly called me "girl" and I found it to come across as unprofessional. They do a good job and are cheaper than others I have gotten quotes from so I will continue to use them and would recommend them to others.

I was here during the first cleaning. went through the house with them told them what I didn't want them to worry about or was broken from previous companies. what I paid attention to the most. where things were like garbage bags. if they had questions they asked, If I heard beeps or something I asked or spoke up on what to hit so things didn't accidentally turn on. It was like we were just a group of girls and they were cleaning my house. but let me tell you they were focused. they had uniforms but nice and bright. They were courteous and communicated to me what they were going to be doing. I didn't get the impression they were just going to move things around to make it look like it was done. One lady went to the back and worked on the master bedroom and bathroom and one started in the kitchen and library/lady cave. Then they merged in the living room and vacuumed and mopped all the way up and out the door. It smelled great! the floors were shiny. The ceiling fans were on, so I had to turn them off to see if they were clean of dust...THEY Were!!! Vacuum marks on the carpet. But the big thing was the dust was gone and everything was clean. there were a few smears here and there but nothing to worry about it. I will be very interested to see how the bi-weekly goes. I have the choice of premium or not, but because it is so dusty i thought better to go with premium. I know the ladies listened to everything I said, I have a junk room where things are piled. there was a pile of empty boxes in the dining room and one of the ladies picked up the boxes and said I am going to put these in the junk room, I said thank you I missed those. That was great! Can't wait until the next time.

I live in another state and had a townhouse that I rented in Birmingham. The current tenants had to be evicted for non-payments and I had to travel to Birmingham to check on condition of property. I had contacted Two Maids and a Mop, to secure their services for cleaning. Because the property had to be cleared of a lot of furniture and rubbish, I couldn't have it as "cleaned out" as I wanted, but C.J. and Ashli came out and cleaned two bathrooms and the kitchen. They did a very good job, as the 3 rooms were in "horrible" shape. The ladies were on time, and very nice and did a great job. I would recommend this company to anyone needing house cleaning.

The best cleaning thus far!!! I have been using this company for a while now. Their service has been good but generally not excellent. However, I must say the last cleaning was awesome!!! Great attention to detail. My house simply shouted clean and refreshing when I got home. It was a great experience. They are due to clean tomorrow and I am hopefully for the same experience. A+

We were very satisfied with Ashley and Heather. They were professional and just as important, they presented a positive attitude. After getting a late start they went straight to work and didn't stop until the house was clean. They missed a spot or two here and there, but nobody's perfect and we'll point those areas out next time they clean. Compared with other cleaning services we've used, we'd rate Two Maids and a Mop 10 out of 10. We'll definitely give them another try.

The ladies did it all! My house looks amazing! No detail went untouched. They are also consistent each and every week. Even my husband noticed the difference.......I highly recommend.

Great Job !!!!! My home was fresh and clean. All surfaces were polished and special attention was paid to under furniture, floorboards and bathrooms. My home is for sale and its great to know these ladies pay attention to detail and go the extra mile!

They did a fantastic job getting my house back in order. I have a five year old boy who is MESSY! Recently my elderly mother moved in with me after my father passed away. So needless to say I haven't been able to maintain my home to the level I am accustomed to keeping house. I was pleasantly surprised at how well they got my home up to par and back on track. I will be using them regularly going forward.

Very good. My house looked great! It was just as advertised, top to bottom. The ladies were professional and started to work as soon as they arrived. I will definitely use two maids & a mop again.

The two young ladies that arrived at my home were punctual and professional. When they arrived at my home they listened to my instruciton and imediatley begin to work. They paid attention to detail and I was able to come home to a clean house. I have used Two Maids and a Mop several times for a deep cleaning and I am always satisfied. If you need to delegate cleaning your home, I highly recommend Two Maids and a Mop.

Started off well but then services diminished; areas were not cleaned. Reported several times but management until to remedy. Professionalism of the cleaning team changed as well.

They arrived on time and did a very thorough cleaning.

Pam and Kayla come twice a month to clean my house and do a fabulous job. I have been using them since October 2014 and they take as much care in cleaning now as they did the first time. I highly recommend two maids and a mop for all of your cleaning needs.

Pam and Kayla arrived at our house very promptly and did a wonderful job. We have requested them to come bi-monthly to clean our house. Very professional and wanted to make sure we were pleased. I was not home at the time of service but my husband was and he was very impressed with them. I enjoyed coming home to my clean house that afternoon!!

I ask the ladies to focus more on my bathroom / living quarters / kitchen as I am having 10 ladies from my Church this Thursday night and some had not been here and wanted this part of my home that they would mostly see shine a little more than the normal cleaning they do each month. Very sweet girls -- they did as I requested and I appreciate that.

I normally use two maids and a mop for my residential cleaning needs. They are really professional. If you have an issue with something they are more than willing to accommodate. While the cleaning could be better I am satisfied that I can let them know where the issue lies and they address it during that particular cleaning or during the next. No one is perfect so I am flexible as long as they resolve the issue. I really like the particular professionals they send to my home. They are really nice and they work really hard. I will use again and recommend to others.

I have used this service for several months now and they always do a consistently great job, but yesterday the person that cleaned our house did an exceptional job. There are usually two girls that come but yesterday only one girl came. It took a little longer for the normal cleaning, but so worth it. Thank you for the great job!!!

Two Maids and a Mop are WONDERFUL!!! They did an initial deep cleaning a couple of months ago and we were so impressed that we have them come back once a month. They do a fantastic job and we love coming home after they have been there! They are so careful with my belongings and everything is spotless. We love Two Maids and a Mop!!!!!!!

I called in the hopes of same day service and had two workers out a few hours later for a 2 hour design your own service. They tackled my priorities to my satisfaction. Good experience.
