Our house was in desperate need of a deep cleaning, which is exactly what we got. I called with short notice and was quickly put into the calendar. They called the day before to confirm the appointment which was great. The ladies who cleaned arrive in the given time frame. They who cleaned were professional, respectful and thorough. They worked until it was done and did not cut corners. The windows, blinds, and floors haven't been this clean in forever. It was a little pricier than I was intending to spend, but it was well worth it. You get what you pay for and I will certainly be using them again.

Overall it was not good at all. I asked them to make sure the master bathroom shower door was cleaned, it looked just like it did before they came and the vanity was not cleaned nor was the faucet cleaned. The stove had not been cleaned, there was debris on the stove from the night before that had not been touched.

I tried several different housecleaning services and Two Maids and A Mop is by far the best. They do a great job and are reasonably prices. They have also been very accommodating about a couple of special requests, both about how things are done and with scheduling. Since I did try other companies, I feel very confident in using them. It's probably been about a year now and I don't plan to make any changes. It's so worth the cost to come into a clean house and have my weekends free of housekeeping chores!

They arrived on time and did an excellant job of cleaning my house. We were very happy with the job they did and we would definitely use them again in the future. We scheduled a Premium Cleaning and it was well worth the money. When they were done, my house looked and smelled very clean!

It was great, this is the second time I've used Two Maids and we were pleased with the result. Our priorities were accomplished on the whole and we were satisfied. Although the surfaces in other rooms besides the kitchen and bathroom (e.g., mantle) weren't cleaned, they may have ran out of time since there is a 2-hour time limit. I wish it weren't so expensive, but I feel that the price is probably comparable to other companies. However, I don't know for sure because I have never used another company.

My house has been being cleaned by another service for over a year. I was pretty pleased with them, but there was a language barrier. Also they were inconsistent on their arrival time. Therefore I searched for a new service and this one came up with very high ratings. They were prompt with their time of arrival and had called me the day before to confirm the time they would be arriving. I left them with my house to run some errands. However, when I returned there were a few things that stuck out to me at first glance. There were crumbs on my kitchen floor, so those were not swept before the floors were mopped. My sink was not properly cleaned, it is white, and there were still stains in the bottom of it. I proceeded to clean it and it did come clean. It requires a cleaner with bleach and it will come clean. My cabinets were not wiped down, or my appliances. Also they obviously did not spend enough time on my master bath shower. There were some mildew that my previous cleaner always cleaned but it was still there. I am willing to give them a second try. I try to have everything picked up, beds made etc.. I just want them to put all their efforts into cleaning my house.

We got our home cleaned top to bottom. The ladies came in and tackled my house and everything was sparkling in 3 hours! I was amazed at what little time it took them to clean my office, with its walls of dusty bookshelves. They did an amazing job and I haven't found anything to complain about. We are both very pleased with the service, and will most likely be signing up for monthly service.

As my husband and I get older, we just can't clean the size of our home. It's uncomfortable having "strangers" come into your home to clean everything. But not to worry, thanks to Paula, our concerns were alleviated. The first time Dawn came I fell in love with her. She trains a lot of new hires, and she shows them how to do correctly, like I would. I can't find anything to complain about or any negatives. And believe for me that is usally so easy! I highly recommend this company. I have tried a lot of others. They just don't compare. Their customer service is outstanding and their employees are just great. Thanks ladies!!!!!!

It was fabulous! This was the third time we had them out. They are so much better than any other company or individual we have used. The staff is friendly and helpful. The maids are the best. My husband and I are very appreciative of their service.

They came in and got right to work until they were done and I inspected everything.

I am extremely pleased with my experience with two maids and a mop. They went above and beyond their job, superseding my expectations. They arrived at my home ready to work not to mention on time. The customer service was A++ ( everything starts at the top). I will defiantly be using them again as well as telling all of my friends and family about them.

We had been looking for a cleaning service for some time as we got to the point where we could afford weekly service. This company offered the best price, but also a unique way of paying their employees...the happier we are, the more their workers are paid. So, we felt like this was a great way to ensure that any concerns we had would be heard.

They were quite awful. They didn't clean very well and they spent a lot of their time on their cellphones. We would not use them again in a million years.

They showed up on time, and worked hard while they were there. We we unfortunately still packing and moving out, so they had to work around us and there were several delays while the landlord brought a buyer through when they had to stop work. Overall I felt like they did a good job, although I did notice a few areas where I didn't think things had been dusted or cleaned quite to the deep cleaning level, but given the chaos of the circumstances they were trying to work in I overlooked this.

I have every intention of having them come and clean again on a regular basis. My parents and my husband's parents were visiting from out of state for our son's graduation and it was a crazy stressful time at our home between 10 people living in the house and the construction. The ladies were very considerate of the grandmothers and took great care to do the items I had noted on my list as requested. I work at an area school so I was not present when they cleaned but if you can please two grandmothers, you can please anyone. They worked the list and it was reported that they never took time to make calls, smoke, take a break etc. They were hired to work for a two hours and they did just that without complaint.

I called, using the # from Angie's List. The answerer was friendly & answered all my questions. An appointment was made for the following week. The two "maids" were here on time, and very pleasant. They started immediately, and cleaned everything professionally and thoroughly. I have used other cleaning services, and none can compare with this group. I plan to have them on a regular basis.

The ladies are good to be on time and friendly, but the quality of the work is just not there. They frequently forget to dust tops of pictures and different surfaces on furniture. They have left rings around toilets, streaky mirrors, soap scum on shower door, floors are vacuumed hurriedly. They don't move furniture or even vacuum under it all the time. I asked many times for them to vacuum couch in den under cushions, and they maybe did that once in all the time they worked for me. Supposed to do "deep clean" every other time, and that was not done regularly. Two ladies would be in and out of my house in an hour and ten minutes, and you cannot do a good job that quickly. I have about 2000 square feet they were cleaning. I would not be able to recommend this company to friends. .

It went great! The people I spoke to at the office were very helpful, not pushy, and were highly responsive to questions and scheduling. We left a key out for the ladies and asked them to lock up and we did not have any issues with that. Not only were they able to get to all of the things on our priority list and do them well, but they also did a general cleaning of the rest of the house when they finished with those. We came back to our house and it smelled much cleaner. They accidentally missed the shower, but when I called they were happy to come back and re-clean for us the next day, so that was great. The only thing is that some little out-of-the-way spots were missed, but our house was pretty dirty to begin with, so overall, we have no complaints!

The two ladies showed up on time. They were very professional. I was amazed at how quick they were. I found myself hunting for more tasks for them to finish out the time I was allotted. Overall they did fantastic. I was very pleased.

I can enjoy a clean house all weekend, thanks to Two Maids and A Mop.

Its been excellent. No problems with them whatsoever. They are very easy to talk with if I'm have a question.

We've been using Two Maids and a Mop (once a week) for a while now and we couldn't be more pleased. They're far-and-away the best cleaning service we've ever used, and we've been looking for over 12 years. They provide the personal attention of a small company but have the professionalism of a bigger company. Typically, Two Maids will send 2 ladies but today -- due to an impending storm -- only Sharon, the supervisor arrived. It took her over 4 hours by herself but the house looks great. I can recommend Two Maids and a Mop without reservation; if you decide to use their services --- and you should --- request Sharon. She's one of the most professional, conscientious and meticulous people I've ever met. Doug Powell
