I was happy, the house looked good and smelled good. The dusting could have been better.

I would say this was one of the best cleanings ever. We are very happy. Since both my husband and I work and we have 3 dogs, our home can get quite dirty. We don't have the time or talent to clean it as we should. But fortunately we found Two Maids and a Mop very affordable and very reliable. So we are very blessed to have a pristine home each week.

The maids arrived slightly later than scheduled (not a huge deal as they called immediately when they could not seem to locate my home).Due to people being in and out of the house, I locked out two cats in the extra bathroom -- indicating that they could leave that for last and so the cats didn't cause trouble while they were cleaning. The maids finished about 2-3 hours earlier than scheduled, at about 1pm (after arriving late, shortly after 10AM and taking time for lunch -- which they called to let me know they were doing so I could advise what to do while the home was vacant). I left them to clean after they arrived and went to work. When we arrived home, the house felt clean. It was evident that cleaning supplies were used and items were cleaned. Basics that I would expect from a cleaning service seemed left out, the baseboards were not cleaned/wiped, the bathrooms were not thoroughly cleaned/scrubbed, and some items left from the children of the previous owners was still stuck to the floor.I felt like they did a decent enough job (why my overall grade was a C), but it certainly didn't feel like anything I would pay to have done again. The original hope was that the service would be strong enough that we could start on a regular cycle so that my wife and I could focus on other things during our limited spare time. I sent an e-mail to them. I delayed a few days to mull over my feedback. The company seems very interested in soliciting feedback and wants to improve their service. My feeling was that maybe my expectations were higher than what was purchased, but especially in a vacant home many of these things should be simple and easy. The company cites a pay-for-performance model. I did receive a voicemail related to my e-mail, but at that point we had to be out of town for a few weeks to handle personal matters and it seemed like a hassle given the details in the voicemail. I am all about giving people a second chance and a chance to fix the issues, but I am not sure if this would be worth it.

This company did a fantastic job. It's the third service I've tried and I'm so glad to be through with the search. The house looked and smelled great (not overpowering) when I got home. The first cleaning was the "premiere", which covered almost every surface in the house. Every place that I checked had been cleaned. Their prices are much more reasonable than some of the bigger companies. I was very pleased with what I found when I got home. The house looked and smelled clean, beds made, dishes washed, and they even straightened up my disastrous kitchen cabinet. Everything I was told would be done had been done very well. Today, the woman cleaning the house called to verify she was at the right address. I started to repeat some things, such as having an indoor cat, one area that I just want left alone, etc. She said she had a list of things specific to my house that the office gave her to be sure they did it all the way I wanted. This lets me know that they care about repeat business and about my little housekeeping quirks. I"ve had cleaning services from Two Maids twice now and am setting up a biweekly schedule. I think that anyone who tries this company will be very happy with the results.

The maids did a fantastic job at our house. My brother in law recomended them after I told him we were in a crunch (trying to sell our house but had to out of town). They came out on short notice, but were still thorough enough to call me to see exactly what I needed done and if there was anything special that I needed to have done. We have a small dog that stays in our house and I told them how to handle her and to take her out and give her a treat and she would be okay. They did exactly as I asked with her and even noticed some more areas that needed to be cleaned and knocked those out as well without having to be told or charging me extra. Another thing I appreciated is the pay for performance plan. I feel like I have a voice now in how my house is cleaned and the maids have and extra incentive to make sure I am happy. (Basically their pay is tied to how good of a job they did for me and my satisfaction). Finally, the after clean follow up from management to see how everything went, discuss ideas, concerns was extremely helpful and it made me feel good that we were not just another customer, we are their clients. We have started using them on a b-weekly basis and they have been fantastic to deal with over the past several months. I would recomend them to anyone needing some help getting the spring cleaning done, even if its 6 months later.....Great maid service! -Brian H.

They do a good job. I have them come twice a month and have been pleased with their work. I have them use some of my cleaning supplies in the kitchen and bathrooms but they always come in with their own too. They also bring their own vacuum cleaner. There is always two girls that come and they are here for about two hours. I have been very pleased with their work and will continue to use the service.

Representatives arrived at 8:45, they were servicing for about an hour and some. For the most part the house was clean, however service would still be rated as average.

I asked for 3 things: (1) clean the house; (2) use my floor cleaner; (3) don't let my cats into my bedroom. The house was always clean, but it seems that there was some type of problem almost every time they came. First they weren't making the beds and told me this wasn't part of the included services. I had to show them the list of included services (from an email they had sent me) and this was corrected. Then for a few weeks I was being overcharged by $35. This took a while to correct and I eventually showed them the price quote they emailed me. I asked that they use a natural floor cleaner (which I provided) but on several occasions this wasn't used. I vacuumed my rug the day after they cleaned (I was storing the rug) and I found that the rug was filthy. At the same time, I had come home many times to find my cats locked in my bedroom, which is the only room I asked that the maids not let them into (and I always left the bedroom door closed). I reminded them about the floor cleaner, mentioned that the rug wasn't clean, and stressed the importance of not letting my cats into the bedroom,and they cleaned my house the following day. I was out of town and when I came back,I found that my cats had been locked in the bedroom since my house was cleaned 3 days earlier-- no food, water, or litter boxes. Needless to say, a BIG mess. At that point, I told them I no longer needed their services.
