The fellow that came out for the estimate was very nice and polite. We got a nice estimate via email. The workers showed up on time and completed the work in the time allotted. The workers were polite and professional, but I was a bit dismayed by the probability that they were most likely undocumented (illegal) aliens. In order to avoid any kind of confrontation, I ignored the issue and allowed the work to be performed. The cost did not exceed the estimate, which was a pleasant surprise.

The experience was excellent. We were going to use them, but we had some emergency expenses we had to take care of first. We still plan on using them.

Peter came when he said he would, his price was reasonable and I felt after talking to Peter he would take pride in the job. I am very happy with the crew he sent. I would surly use them again. However next time I would ask his crew to park on the street so the work trucks would not leave oil spots on the driveway. and the house was painted only a year ago so it was in great shape so the one spot on the porch with the dogy chew spot on the column that could have been fixed in my opinion especialy since prep was nothing more than light power wash. At the close when it was time to do a walk through, I pointed out three of four spots that looked blotchy and they cheerfully fixed them After estimate I never saw Peter again.

What I thought was going to be a quality experience turned out to be quite the opposite. The work perfomed from the start of the project was opposite in every way from the way the owner of the company who is the one who comes to give the estimate assured that it would be. The presentation of services to be provided was quite impressive but that was about all that was. Everything was performed in the opposite order that it should have been and corners were cut that probably your average homeowner would not notice. I am wondering how many past jobs have the same corners have been but that will rear their ugly head as soon as their warranty is up. I sent several emails to the owner to which I never recieved a response. The production manager did respond but was less than professional most times. What was suppose to take 4 days ended up taking 3 weeks. The original crew was fired from the company at the end of the first week and everything that they had done had to be redone only this time I was "fit in" around other jobs by a fill in crew. The crew that was fired was the known worst worker in the company yet for some reason he was sent to my project. Had I had another crew would things have been different? Possibly although some of the workers I came across had no idea who Peter who is the owner of the company was much less the work promised to the customers. One of my windows was broken and finally replaced after a week and a half by being painted shut. In the end the house looks pretty good after a h*** of a fight and everything being redone at least twice and in some cases three times. There are still flaws with the job that I find all of the time. I was given a 100.00 credit off of my final tab for my troubles although even that was not offered after all of my troubles without me bringing up all of the problems, personal items ruined and time lost I had to ask for it believe it or not. I still have never recieved an apology/explanation from the owner of the branch who was the one that originally explained what and how the work would be performed. That is one of the main things I was disappointed in. I never recieved what I felt was a sincere apology or explanation from anyone with the company and feel somewhat betrayed that once the owner shows up and makes his presentation as soon as you agree to the work the one who promised a quality job is gone never to be heard from again. ***** UPDATE******* 05/2010 Wanted to be fair and give a follow up to my previous report on this company. I had to have some warranty work with this company done on a window that the paint was not adhering properly and fix some splitting caulk around windows. While I did have many issues with the initial work The Painting Company in this instance was easy to deal with and handled the problems in a timely manner. ***** UPDATE******* 10/2011 Had to hire a company to come and fix a large portion of the work that The Painting Company was supposed to fix under this warranty work. Even when they had a second chance to fix it right they patched the splitting caulk by putting new caulk over the old caulk. Every caulked area split again and all caulk had to be removed recaulked and repainted. Also another house up the street they painted in one day already has paint peeling off of their windows. Stay away from this company. They are much more worried with making as much money as possible and cutting corners than making sure a job is done right. Had to pay 1,000 to have the work corrected. Had no faith in contacting company that it would be done properly and without cutting corners yet again.

Overall, very good. The only minor complaint is some paint on upstairs window.

The owner arrived on time to evaluate the job. We had a reasonable estimate in hand before he left. The painters arrived on time on the appointed day and continued that until the job was complete. All the men were courteous and professional and treated all of our belongs and our home with respect. They were perfectionist, and I have yet to find anything with paint on it that shouldn't. They also beautifully repaired a small area of drywall and a door . I would recommend this company to anyone and will use them in the future.

They did not use the paint that they had quoted. Instead they used something that was much cheaper and low on warranty. Since I wasn’t ready to accept that they had to go back and repaint. That was aggravating for me. They got here on time on some days and on some other days they just didn’t. Most of the crew were careless about their work and some of them were plain lazy. I couldn’t trust them. They didn’t have a good foreman to oversee them. They were expensive too. I would never use them again.

It went very well, he did a very good job. He was prompt and knew what he was doing. He had very good quality work and was qualified to be doing this type of work.

The did a great job. They were on-time, professional and the quality was incredible. They even surveyed me to see how everything turned out. I will recommend them to all my friends.
