We had no complaints. The crew was efficient and professional.

The finished product was not very good even though we refused the first, supposedly finished product. The supervisor came first day and did not show often the rest of the work until we refused the last day. The supervisor corrected several places that were awful. The job was estimated to take 4-5 days, but ended up taking 2 weeks. We finally decided we would not get any better work from this crew. The ceilings are not smooth and corners are not neat. The calking they used around each room at ceiling edge has a sheen that is not same as was. The whole job was sloppy. I would definitely not use or recommend this company again.

Was subcontracted out. Men didn't speak English. Left a paint mess in the kitchen sink with paint clothes. Little paint spatters along the floor walls as if no drop cloth. Several item had paint on, such as towel racks, door knobs, etc. for this expensive of a job I expected better. I was offered a $200 discount.

The only reason I didn?t give them an ?A? is because they said they were going to clean my windows. They didn?t clean my windows; my windows did not look clean after they finished and some of our windows were stuck and not completely closed & locked. They didn?t completely close and lock all of them and then we had trouble getting then unstuck. I felt like they should have made sure all of that was taken care of before they left. Other than that, I was very pleased with what they did. They were very reasonably priced, I can?t remember what they charged me, but we had other bids.

Very professional. Highly recommend TPC. Crew showed up as scheduled and worked diligently until the job was completed. They even assisted with a couple of items that were not specified in the contract. They cleaned up everything and eagerly did everything I asked.

Estimate was scheduled and completed timely. Presentation was very professional. The job started one week later than planned due to weather impacts and was completed in two weeks (including working on two Saturdays) plus one day versus the original two week estimate. Personnel were very careful with our belongings. Some members of the crew were more comfortable speaking in Spanish; however, that was not an issue as I can communicate in Spanish. We reviewed their work most days and left comments which they resolved in a timely manner. The house looks great. My only suggestion for the company is to provide specific details up front regarding assigned personnel, work schedules (arrival and departure times), whether Saturday work will be required and perhaps an overall summary of how the work will proceed (e.g. Walls prepped, trim, etc.). And this is probably only because I tend to be a very detail oriented person. As I told the guys on the job when I was asking questions, I like knowing the plan!!

The Painting Company did a fantastic job on our house. They were on the job for 8 days and could not have been more professional or competent. They have also painted two of my neighbors houses who were also pleased with their results. I would highly recommend them to any and all.

Very prompt and professional from start to finish. Estimator was on time and responded promptly and efficiently. Work crew was amazing -- only work crew I have ever had that cleaned up after themselves and left no residue of work or products behind. The only thing they left was a complete and finished product !

The guys from The Painting Company did an excellent job! They were on time - actually they came a day early (after calling first to make sure it was okay) due to a change in their schedule - and they completed the job just as quickly as they said they would. It looks great! They were friendly and professional, and took care to make sure nothing was damaged and everything was cleaned up when they left. We would DEFINITELY use them again and recommend them to anyone needing a painter!

We have at least 16' walls and 18' ceilings in the Great room. Because we didn't feel comfortable enough painting the rooms, we decided to call these guys. Peter came out and gave me a quote on Tuesday. He advised that due to the rain, they might be able to schedule the job in that week. Sure enough, they were able to work it in. On Thursday morning the painters arrived. They took great care to protect the hardwoods. They covered up every bit of the floor and started to get to work. They worked all day Thursday to around 5:00. They came back the next day to finish up. When they were done, they called me and I came back out to house to do final walk thru. When I walked into the house, I was absolutely floored. The work that these 2 painters did were phenomenal. It looked like a brand new house. It was worth every penny.I would highly recommend this company to anybody who is looking for a painter(s).

They were on time, professional and pleasant. The house looked brand new when done done. They were the lowest of three bids by far but we're better prepared. The job took just a few days, cost was same as estimated.

They provided a very well worded and complete estimate. Their price was not the lowest but fair and the professionalism caused us to feel more comfortable with them. We chose all the colors and provided those prior to the job beginning. The crew arrived exactly when they were expected, completely prepared and neat. On the 2nd morning of the job, my wife was stopped by the crew leader. He showed my wife the catalog of stain colors and said he thought our choice for the deck was too dark. He showed a lighter brown and asked her to allow him to go with the lighter color. My wife at first said she wanted to stick with the darker one because it matched the trim and gutters. The foreman was rather insistent and said that he thought she would regret it and that changing away from the darker one would be difficult. By this point my wife was running late for work so she agreed to his suggestion. When we got home that afternoon the crew was finished and the job looked GREAT! Everything was cleaned up well and we loved it. The deck, unfortunately didn't look right. There was a slight purple tint in the brown. We found a couple of small areas that needed touch up and The Painting Company was very responsive to those requests. They sent someone out quickly to let us point out the issues. They were all corrected. At the same time we pointed out that we were not pleased with the color of the deck. The person who was with us questioned why we didn't like it. He pointed out that we had signed off on the color. He also said that, in his opinion, it looked great. We still saw it as a purple and brown mix that we didn't like. He asked us to give it a chance to grow on us. It never did and after a few months we painted it again ourselves. Overall we loved working with The Painting Company. We will use them again, but next time we will stick with our color choices.

These guys really exceeded my expectations in all areas, including the price. Much more than I expected and I highly recommend their company. The painters were extremely polite, well mannered and courteous at all times. Outstanding job at a great price!

I felt they did a great job. Price seemed high but it was important to get painters with liab insurance and workmens comp. very hard to find! Had three painters on first day and two the second day to finish up. Very good work.
