Description of Work: Have used and continue to use Stephens for our plumbing needs. Most recent work included repairs of a broken water pipe in a wall, leaky sink, poorly flushing toilet, poorly functioning a/c drain, and slow draining sink and tub. Prompt, courteous, and professional service every time. Friendly and helpful office folk.

Description of Work: We called the after hours on a Tuesday night to ask the office to call us first thing on Wednesday. They called about 7:00 am, and we had plumbers at the house by 7:45. On this call they snaked a roof vent to open a clogged kitchen sink drain. Because we had damaged our pipes with vigorous plunging and a strong drain cleaner, they had to schedule a second visit 2 days later (they could have come sooner - this was a scheduling issue with our/homeowner work schedules). On Friday, they arrive at about 7:40 and had replaced pipes, cleaned up, and were out by 9:00 am. Friendly, respectful and capable service people. I am very pleased with the work and will definitely use Stephens Plumbing again. Of course I haven't gotten the bill yet :)

Description of Work: Contacted them to come out and give us an estimate on running a new line from our water meter to our house. We talked for a few minutes, and they said they would call us back during the work week. They never returned our call. I guess they don't need any work right now...
