When I called they were nice on the phone and got someone out pretty quickly. They failed to tell me they had a 1 hr minimum, but they did tell me they didn't bill for more than 10 min of drive time. I falsely interpreted that to mean there was a minute billing system. They came and tightened a screw and left. He was not here more than 10 minutes. I received a bill for $120. When we called about it they told us there was a minimum. If I'd known, I would have waited until I had another job to go with it. I paid someone 120 bucks to tighten a screw. They should have backed off their price this time.

Everything went very well. He was very nice to my elderly mother.

Very well from the first phone call to the finish job in less than 24 h. We will hire these guys again.

I telephoned for an appointment and was given an approximate time for the next day. Technicians arrived within agreed upon time frame and called me about 20 minutes prior to give me a heads up. Performed service as requested and suggested an action plan if the problem continues to occur.

They were prompt, professional, and courteous. Since it was not an emergency, I made an appointment for 2 days out. The lady who answers the phone is very nice and she gave me a call when they were on their way to my house, just as she said she would. They were very clean and did not leave any mess behind. I have used them before for my home and for my office and have not been disappointed. Their prices are fair. I would definitely use them again.

The sewer lines backed up--we have a lot of trees in the yard, and this happens occasionally with older homes. When I called, the receptionist said the plumbers would come between 9 and 11 am. She called at 9:15 to tell me they were on the way, and they promptly arrive 15 minutes later. They were very efficient, capable, and fit. (We live on a hill--not a very big one--and some plumbers have actually complained about carrying their equipment into the yard and one even charged us $10 extra!) They finished the job within half an hour, putting everything back exactly as they found it. The one guy was very cheerful. Nice, professional service with no hassles.

We scheduled an appointment late in the afternoon. A guy came next day on time and fixed the problem very quickly.

I had set up an appointment for them to come out on Thursday morning. They arrived on time and completed the job in less than an hour. They were courteous and polite and I was very satisfied with their work.

Only service I called that listened to my story and repaired the leak at a fraction of the cost all of the others quoted for replacing the entire line. Work was done professionally and promptly with no further problems. Have used them twice since for clog of main sewer line, also done promptly, professionally.

I called them at around 8am on Monday morning and they arrived at my house by 9:30am. They quickly unclogged the drain and snaked the drain. Very friendly and professional.

We have used Stephens Plumbing for several years now and they do very good work. They are a great all purpose home plumbing company. They have also installed a toilet for us in the past and did a great job with that too.

We had success using Stephen's Plumbing on our drains. We actually found them on Angie's List and we are glad that we did. They did an excellent job cleaning my drains and I would also recommend them to others as well.

We have several bathrooms in our home and the toilets needed to be repaired because they were leaking. The repairs were minor, but it did take the plumber some time to fix all the toilets. The plumber did a great job, and we are satisfied with the service he provided.

JC said this was the toughest job he had ever encountered. He and Brad worked steadily, was very pleasant even cramped inside the linen closet because that was where the entrance to the pipes was located. They had to go buy the new commode as well as install it so that added to the cost. Have used Stephens in the past and they always do a super job. On time, work hard and I feel reasonably priced considering all the work involved.

We've used Stephen for years and find him very reliable and decent. He had to come back twice, once to unhook the pipes, then to hook them up for the new sink and faucet.

The plumbers were very professional and experienced at what they were doing. They used a rotor to unclog the kitchen drain. The price was very reasonable and he was very pleasant and friendly.

They were a very good company that was reliable and dependable. They came out to do the repair in a reasonable amount of time and they didn t leave any messes for me to clean up. We used them for all of our plumbing and they have always been good. Once they replaced some pipes for us as well and we were very happy with them that time too.

They got right out here and got our toilet cleaned out. I couldn t have expected better timing, and the worker of theirs was so respectful and nice. I was thrilled. I have used them in the past and had great results also, but with how they took care of me and my needs this time, I was convinced they were at the top of their profession.

All in all, I considered the service to be what I needed. I was happy that they didn't tear a lot up to do the job, and also, it didn't take long to get it done. The new drain works a lot better than the old one did, and that is all I asked for. They told me how much it would cost, and it didn t waver at all. This was what I would consider a good experience.

They were very professional and tidy during the full installation of our hot water heater. We were really impressed with their safety conscientiousness and how they explained the money saving tips on how to maintenance our new heater.
