Stanley Steemer

Stanley Steemer got all of the stains out of our carpets. They cleaned all of the carpets in about three hours and it only took an hour or so for the carpet to dry. Stanley Steemer did not move the furniture they did but put it up on blocks for me.

Stanley Steemer did a very good job. They wore booties over their shoes and even thought they had to move furniture they got it all back in the right place. I have dogs so I was concerned about a few of stains on the rugs, but they were able to get them right up. I also have them lay down pet guard and scotch guard. Their prices are a little higher than others and I don't really care for the fact that they trick you into using them. They have a 3 room 99$ special but when you add in things like pet guard and scotch guard you end up paying more than you would with another company, but it is well worth the cost for the quality of their work.

They did an excellent job and were very professional and thorough. They wore uniforms, which is a lot better than what some of these guys wear. They showed up thirty minutes after I called them, and I would recommend them. The carpet looked like new again. They used a spot treatment before cleaning the carpet and moved some of the furniture. They put the furniture back, after they finished.

I always use Stanley Steamer when they have specials going on and I have all hardwoods in my downstairs so I just get the upstairs cleaned. They clean around the furniture where we walk and the one room they do move out all the furniture. One time I made the mistake of going with another company. The job was awful, nothing looked cleaned and the man they sent out spent the whole time talking on his cell phone instead of working. I will stick with Stanley from now on.

They did a pretty good job, considering it was paint they had to clean off the carpet. It was an emergency situation, and they came out right away. The technician was professional, wore a uniform, and got the job done quickly. He was work conscious and seemed to care about doing a good job.

The guy that cleaned our carpet was very nice and was here on time. He was very careful when doing the carpets so he didn't scratch anything or mess up anything. My carpets dried nicely and all the little stains that were around were totally gone.

I was very pleased with the work that was done. The workers were friendly and on time. They did not take a long time to finish the work at all and did a great job. They also cleaned the family room. It was a basic clean up there were no special stains that needed the company's attention.

Stanley Steemer did a good job with the cleaning. They were able to get the stains up and everything. They did move my furniture for a little extra as well. I am pleased but I do not think that I would hire them again just because I have found somebody else that is just a little bit cheaper than these guys.

They were very prompt and courteous and did a really good job of making my sofas clean. The man took extra time to make sure that he got everything out and that he put everything back they way he found it before he left.

The carpet cleaning workers were an hour and a half late. To make it worse, when they slung the big tube around, they knocked a picture off the wall and broke my baseboard. The manager told me to call him in a month and they'd come back to fix it and clean the house again for free, but when I called he said he didn't remember telling me that.

When Stanley Steamer came out to my home to clean the carpets in three of my rooms they made sure to explain all the products and which ones would be best for our carpeting. We decided to get scotch guard on all of the carpeting. The carpets look beautiful now almost like new.

I was pleased with the job until I realized the crew did not move any furniture. I was told that they would have to charge me an extra $30, I never heard of such a thing. I'll never use them again.

Stanley Steemer did a good job on my carpets. I was pleased with the results. They were able to remove the stains. I was happy about that. They were here on time. The worker was very friendly. I would recommend this company to others.

I think they are efficient and professional and they do a great job. They can remove any stains even fingernail polish. They have a guarantee and they will come back if you are not happy with the job that they have done. I would recommend Stanley Steamer to anybody.

I have used them for years because they have about the lowest prices out there. For what you pay these guys actually move the furniture. I have never had mess left behind, like wet floors or muddy boot marks in the kitchen. I normally get all the downstairs and the stairs and hallways cleaned. No one tries to force extra services either.

I am a school teacher so I don't have a large amount of money to spend on carpet cleaning. I have always been comfortable with the prices and the job they do. Most of the time I have them come out to clean the main rooms and halls, and this also include taking my oriental style rugs outside to clean. These require special care. I have the occasional pet accident in my home and they never charge extra for those stains. I have bought extra services before such as the stain guard. I am not sure of the exact area they clean, it is an average size home. I plan to continue to use them.

I have a family so I need to keep the carpet clean. I have never had any complaints about Stanley Steamer. There has never been dirt or spots left behind, the furniture is carefully moved and put back in its place. Special attention is given to my halls and traffic spots. It is $200 usually for the entire home, over 2,000 square feet. Also it doesn't take them all day.

I went with their service simply on the price. Basically they sent three teenagers out with a carpet machine. You could tell they were inexperienced. The crew was not like under the supervision of an experienced person. It was almost like a job we could have done on our own. It wasn't that the carpets stayed dirty, but if you are going to get it done you might as well have a real thorough job done. I also think the details are important. I found a more costly company that does a better job and that is who we will use.

We only used Stanley Steemer this once and enjoyed their service. They moved all the furniture I wanted them to and pulled up all stains. The carpet dried in a few hours and it's stayed quite clean since.

I usually pay $100 for the downstairs and $100 for the upstairs when I get it done. The furniture does get moved not just cleaned around. All spots come up. Unlike the other companies they don't try to push extra services on you. Some of the guys may inquire but there is no pushing to spend more.

We have never had any issues with them. We never get an extra bill for stains or heavy traffic areas. Any mess they bring in they take back out. All of the workers have professional training to do the job correctly. They do not use my sinks for dumping mess or water so my house is left clean when they leave.

I was very disappointed in the performance and the manners of the technician who did the work. He did not move the furniture or get the majority of the water out of the carpets. He missed several spots and did not seem eager to do a good job. When I brought this up he became very rude and just wanted to leave as quickly as he could. I will never hire Stanley Steemer again.
