They have been excellent, professional, courteous, and respectful my home. I would highly recommend them and I would hire them again.

They were very polite and professional. They did good work, but the quality wasn't good. It didn't clean. While it was wet, you can't really tell, but once it dried, the spots came back. They need to do more of a deep cleaning or have something for spots and high traffic areas.

We needed carpets leaned in the home we just purchased and called Stanley Steemer. Things must be slow, as they came out the next day and leaned the entire finished basement and the second floor (3 bedrooms). The workers were professional and friendly and I felt very comfortable having them in the house with my wife all day. We were very pleased with the results.

They did a good job and the recliner looked very good. I had no complaints with them. They cleaned underneath it and it looked really good.

Everything went well as usual. They always arrive on time, are very responsive when I call, and consistently do good work.

The entire experience went very well. I accessed the Stanley Steemer web site to get an estimate and schedule the service. Our house is about 20 years old and the ductwork, etc has never been cleaned. The local franchisee confirmed the scheduled visit and, when I talked with them, gave me a discount on each system from the online estimate. The service was scheduled between 12 and 5 PM and technicians doing the service, Jeff and Angel, contacted me in the morning to confirm the time. After checking to be sure it was OK, they showed up early. We confirmed the cost and service to be performed and they got started with no delay. They worked straight through with no breaks and the job took about 5 hours. I was very satisfied with the thoroughness of their work and the care they took to minimize dirt, etc being tracked into the house and ensure there was no damage to ducting, etc.

Called to confirm time before getting there. Arrived promptly and finished the entire house (empty as we had not moved in yet) in less than an hour.

At the time we originally contacted Stanley Steemer they had a special price on a single furnace house like ours. We weren't sure if that meant a minimum job or complete cleaning, but they did a thorough cleaning. It was a great bargain for the amount of time and high tech equipment used to do this duct cleaning. The large vacuum truck they used must be a very expensive piece of equipment. Stanley Steemer asked when we wanted it done and they came on the date and time we requested. It was a pleasure working with such an efficient company.

The two employees were exceptional, polite and efficient. I have used Stanley Steemer over the years, and if all crews are like this one, they truly have their act together! I highly recommend them.

My experience working with Stanley Steemer Company has been positive. They do a good job. The people who come out are fine.

They were fine. They were punctual and did a good job.

They came on time and did a generally good job throughout the house. However, they did not get near the walls very well, especially on the stairs (the carpet now looks as if it's a different color right next to the walls, because it wasn't cleaned). We had one room with a few stains that we pointed out to them, and they appeared to be gone right after the cleaning, but returned as they were before after the carpet dried. (I was hoping the cleaning would take them out, but maybe they're just stubborn stains.) It was 2 men and they finished pretty quickly, which was nice. What bothered us was that one of the workers was trying to sell us the deodorizer and protectant treatment on the side. He offered to cut the price in half for cash payment (i.e. not paying Stanley Steemer), but they would use the Stanley Steemer products to do the treatment. This was disturbing, and I lost trust in the worker (just one of them made this "offer" and the other worker seemed to stay out of it - he actually was still cleaning the carpets while the other worker was trying to talk us into doing the extra treatment.) This experience made us uncomfortable with the workers, and combined with the spotty job by the walls, we plan on finding someone else to use for our next carpet cleaning.

At first everything was good, BUT the stains returned quickly.

Two wool carpets disintegrated within a year of the work. The acrylic carpet was not harmed.

Stanley Steemer got all of the stains out of our carpets. They cleaned all of the carpets in about three hours and it only took an hour or so for the carpet to dry. Stanley Steemer did not move the furniture they did but put it up on blocks for me.

Stanley Steemer did a good job of cleaning our carpets. They got almost all of the stains out. The people who came were very nice and friendly. Stanley Steemer did not move any of the furniture, but put it up on blocks so that they could get under the edges of the carpet.

Stanley Steemer did a very good job. They wore booties over their shoes and even thought they had to move furniture they got it all back in the right place. I have dogs so I was concerned about a few of stains on the rugs, but they were able to get them right up. I also have them lay down pet guard and scotch guard. Their prices are a little higher than others and I don't really care for the fact that they trick you into using them. They have a 3 room 99$ special but when you add in things like pet guard and scotch guard you end up paying more than you would with another company, but it is well worth the cost for the quality of their work.

They did a good job when cleaning my carpets. They made sure to get any spots out and did it all in a great amount of time. The workers were friendly and they made sure to answer all of my questions.

Stanley Steemer did a good job with the cleaning. They were able to get the stains up and everything. They did move my furniture for a little extra as well. I am pleased but I do not think that I would hire them again just because I have found somebody else that is just a little bit cheaper than these guys.

I was very impressed with how clean my carpets were with just one cleaning. They got all the stains out and cleaned the high traffic areas very well. I really liked that they were easy to schedule an appointment with and were there right on time.
