Description of Work: We used them for our personal TV that we were having troubles with. They were punctual with getting out here and they have done everything that they have known how to fix the repair. They were connected with the company that we did buy our TV from. They have been out here 2 times to try to fix this TV and have been on time both times. This was the first time that we have used them.

Description of Work: They did a great job. They changed out a motorized part for me. This was the first time that I used and I would use them again. I found them off of Angie’s List. They were prompt, professional and they were not expensive. I wished Angie’s List would let me give them an A+.

Description of Work: Our front loading washing machine was making unusual noises. Fortunately we had purchased an extended warranty. It was within about two months of running out of that warranty. The cost to repair would otherwise have been about $1000 for new tub and bearings. There was a problem finding parts. Whirlpool said none were available in the US and they were back ordered. Service Care persisted and located a supplier in KY who had the parts necessary. Service care provided us with a free loaner washing machine until they could get the necessary parts, install them and checkout the washer. Needless to say we were very pleased with Service Care.

Description of Work: Washer did not function properly. Diagnosed and fixed problem immediately. Very pleased with serviceman and service. I am handy but could not find issue like this individual did. Knew what they were doing and friendly.
