Description of Work: Replaced valve on washing machine. Had to order valve which took another week to complete repair. Technician was great, just disappointed that part was not stocked as it seemed to be a common problem. I will definitely use again.

Description of Work: Service care was called to fix a dish washer. The tech was actually a hvac guy who needed extra work. He was on the phone with whirlpool a long time. Fooled with the door then declared it to be fixed. It was not, the next load of dishes was just as dirty as before he came. We called Service care and asked for different tech. they sent a different tech who appeared to be more knowledgible. He diagnosed that we needed a new pump. New pump came and was installed, dishwasher still did not work properly. Got on the internet and found a video about cleaning out debris in the disposal of the dishwasher. Cleaned it out and the dishwasher worked great. Very disappointed that the tech did not do this.

Description of Work: Our gas oven was not coming up to temperature. The repair person diagnosed the problem quickly and gave a good explanation. The repair was expected and he had the part on his truck. The repair was much cheaper than a new gas range.

Description of Work: This company repaired a washing machine for us. They did a good job and the price was very fair. They were very pleasant and professional.The only issue we had was that the office staff does not always communicate well with the actual service person. But we would definitely use them again, keeping in mind to make a follow up phone call if we don't hear from the repairman.

I'm sorry that you had unsatisfactory service, but I can't find this repair in our system. ---- We did do a repair on your JVC UXA5 in September of 2013, not February of 2014. In the repair I found, you had no audio, and your CD player was not working. This repair lists an IC being replaced, in addition to the normal range of alignments and solder work. The repair I found was $160.27, not $138, and again it wasn't a capacitor replaced, it was an IC. Unless this repair was under a different name or address, I don't think this review is for our company. If you feel that is was indeed Service Care that provided you with an unsatisfactory experience, I urge you to call me, Toxey McDavid, at 956-3777, or email me at toxey.mcdavid@servicecare.net so that I can address your concerns and make sure you are treated right.
