Assessed and concluded that it is the type of soap i'm using and that i need to run warm cycles ever 3rd or 4th load. Was only running cold cycles. Warm water breaks soap down better. The dryer problem was due to the vent being constructed and not allowing air to flow freely. There was also a hole in the vent tube. Suggested a hard cast venting that would enable better air flow and save on my electric bill.

Our Wolf Microwave, which was under warranty, was not operating properly. Their microwave technician was out promptly & fixed the microwave. We casually mentioned that the Wolf oven temperature was not accurate. The next day, without our asking, the oven technician arrived. While our work was warranty work & hence at no charge, I know their service price is on the high side of normal. But, their professionalism is worth every penny of their price. In January they will rebuild our 17 year old Sub-zero refrigerator. That will be expensive, but I know that they will be using factory parts and that the finished product will be more than worth the cost.

Unfortunately, the motor had to be replaced so he ordered it. When it came in, he called and came out and replaced it in about 20 minutes. He was very professional, courteous, and careful. I especially appreciate that he called about 15 minutes before he came- both times. Will definitely use again!

I typically don't give F reviews, but this was one of the worst experiences I've had with TV repair. It took over a month, two trial parts and three visits for them to tell me it would cost more to fix my TV than to buy a new one. The guy came twice saying it was a certain part that needed to be replaced, and each time I waited 3-5 days for the part to come in, and then another week before they were able to come and say it didn't work. On the third time they said it would cost more to fix my TV than it would be just to buy a new one. After this experience, we contacted Bluff Park TV repair. The guy picked up the TV, brought it back to his shop for assessment and called me back the next day with an estimate for repair. We agreed on a price, he fixed it and it worked! Update 1/19/2014 After reading my reviews, Toxey, the customer service manager for Service Care contacted me directly to apologize and offer a full refund of our service visit. He was concerned that his technician wasn't able to diagnose our problem appropriately and promised to follow-up with the person directly to make sure this situation wouldn't happen again.

Scheduled over the phone with a 2 day lead time. Tech called en route to update arrival time - 45 delay. Arrived at updated time and diagnosed the TV. Repairs took about an hour. Bad solder joints on circuit board were repared. The invoice stated that if repairs did not work, the entire amount of the repair would be credited against replacement of the circuit board. I have to say I am very impressed with the professionalism of Service Care. I fully expeected the typical experience of no-show, ordered part, wrong part, etc. Instead, the tech showed up on time, he was professional, the repair was completed quickly and everything was put back in place. For under $200 and they came to me - I could not be happier. The entire experience was excellent and I will use them again.

Parts had to be ordered repair done within 7 days. TV works well since repair.

Went very well. The first visit for my refrigerator was to determine what needed to be done and if it the new refrigerator needed to be repaired or replaced. They did a thorough inspection of motor and doors and determined all was ok except the hinges. He came back and replaced both hinges. Since then, we've had no issues with the refrigerator. Great service! On time, very professional, and honest about our situation and options. Our microwave had a squeak when the door opened and closed. The first visit he fixed the squeak but it came back a few weeks later. The same technician came back the second time and went through the same process. He ended up using a file to shave off a small plastic piece that was rubbing and creating a squeak. He had to think outside the box to find the solution to our problem, which i greatly appreciated. He too was extremely personable, professional and prompt. I would highly recommend their service to everyone!

They did work for us on our refrigerator. They were able to fix what they came out to do.

The company came highly rated by our installing company and they lived up to that reputation. I had already taken the plamsa down from the wall and when the technician showed up all he had to do was take off the back. he immediately found the problem. he showed up on time and was very nice and explained all that he was doing. He called in the part number and was told that they would have to order it. he left after assuring us that he would call when the part came in, so he could come and install it. A coupled of days later he had called and showed up on time to put in the new board. I was not at home and in fact i was on a trip and my wife asked if he would help with putting the plasma back on the wall. He was very gracious and helped her get it up. the plasma was working fine since the repair.

I had problems with my ice maker; due to my old refrigerator which is an 1988 model. They did a good job and I had no problems with them. A couple of guys came out to do the work. I have a speech impediment and I had no issue with communication with them.

They did TV repair for me. They came to my home to fix the TV. One technician came out and he was able to successfully get that fixed. He was very knowledgeable in what was required to fix the TV and knowledgeable in his field. He was also professional. It took a couple of different visits dues to waiting for the approval from the warranty company, that was not his fault though, but his actual repair took about hour.

He fixed it and it works fine.

They did an excellent job. They were on time. They communicated well. They even checked back in with us later to make sure everything was going well.

They came out 2 different times for us. The first time was to service my new range, that I just purchased, to check it out for me. They also came out a 2nd time to fix my washer. Just one technician came out to do both of these jobs. They also have reasonable prices for their work. When they came out they did what they were supposed to do.

They worked on our LG dishwasher; washer and dishwasher. We have had many problems with LG products and we would not buy any products of theirs again. Service Care, Inc did a pretty good and timely job at fixing the LG products that we had. There was an issue once with my dishwasher with the LG products updating their new parts, and Service Care, Inc. were replacing an whole new design unit for us; but since LG updated their products, Service Care, Inc did give me credit, which I thought was really generous. They always do a good job and always respond quickly; they will also do what they need to do to get you into their schedule due to any emergencies. They are always nice, courteous and polite when they come out too.

My wife hired them to repair our refrigerator. They showed up and were able to fixed it. It was something simple, but it works now. If we had to use them again we definitely would.

They did work for me about a month ago. They repaired a TV for me at my home. One guy came to fix the work. They did a good job and the TV was working afterward and it is still working today. I used them many years ago and I will definitely use them again. They also had reasonable pricing.

It has been 3 month since I used them. They came to my home to work on a dryer. It was an individual technician and he was really nice. He listened to what I had to say and that really saved time. He put in the part to what I thought we needed and he really knew his craft well. This was the first time that I also have used their service. They came on time and they always do what they came to do. They have great judgment.

We used them back in September and they did a good job. They worked on a Onkyo Stereo Receiver. We took that to them and they called me back when they got it fixed. It took them about 3-4 days to fix. They were accurate in diagnosing the situation. I have used them before as well. It is a large firm and they do good quality work.

They came out and worked on my dryer. One workman came out to do the job. He did a great job and he was very professional. I had a good experience with them and he was able to get the motor replaced for me. That was the first I used them and I would definitely use them again in the future.

They have worked for us only one time. They worked on our ice machine. There was one technician did this work for us; he was able to make the repairs that same day and it is still working for us today. He was a very nice guy and I would use this company again if I had to.

They came out to work on my Heating and AC unit. One technician came out to do the job; he was on time, did a good job, and resolved that issue on that visit. Also, I want to add that this service call was also on a weekend, during a very hot weekend. I have used their service in the past too. They are always on time and always complete the job to my satisfaction.

They are great. I have very good results with Service Care, Inc. Danville is who I use as the technician who always comes out and he always fixes our high end appliances.

They sent someone out to look at it, and the cost was going to be a lot, and so I felt that it was cheaper for me just to get a new TV. I have used them in the past, but I didn't have any pluses or minuses in this occassion. The positive was that they came when they said they would come.

The gentleman who came to my home was VERY knowledgeable of my Kitchenaid Architect Series DW. He quickly and accurately diagnosed the situation. Had to wait for the tiny part to be ordered, but I was very happy that the same person was sent back out to install it. Also, they worked with me on the appt time, rather than giving me a "here's when we can come, take it or leave it". I was very impressed with these folks, and I am pretty jaded about "service" companies these days. I was surprised how expensive the little tiny plastic spindle part was (the part is what allows the soap dispenser flap to open at a specific time... with it missing, it allowed high pressure water to get into a tiny hole and then leak into the insulated door panel and eventually drip onto my hardwood floor).
