Overall experience was positive. Juston was prompt and thorough in contacting me and providing the quote, which I felt was fair. Reason for refund request not related to any dissatisfaction with the service provider.

We are VERY VERY PLEASED with the service provided by Juston and his crew. Juston was very friendly, polite and prompt regarding all our communications and interactions for this job. He was very open to discussion to make sure we were getting exactly what we desired to accomplish, and did not impose his own agenda for the job. Juston and his guys arrived on time and finished right on time. All the work listed was done in one 8hr work day. They whole crew was very friendly, worked hard, and cleaned up well after themselves. The price was VERY reasonable for all the work he put into the job. We did get $200 off due to the Angie's list deal, so that was also a plus! :) We will definitely hire them again!

I purchased an big deal for $199.00 but that only covered some that needed to be done so there were another $400.00 added to bring the total to $599.00.I am happy with the deal...

Justin, the owner, was in contact with us immediately after I purchased the Angie's List Big Deal. They were on time, did great work and were reasonably priced. They hauled off all of the branches that were trimmed from the trees. Justin's crew were very polite, and worked really hard doing the trim work. They cleaned up all the branches, leaves, etc., so that the yard looked great after they finished. I will definitely hire them again.

Mr.Daley was supposed to come in the afternoon hours of Saturday, August 24 to provide an estimate for tree pruning. It was agreed upon that he would call when he was on his way. I remained at home from 12-5 waiting to hear from him. He did not call and he did not come.

Juston came the same day I called him and quoted me a very reasonable price for all the work. In fact, his price was less than half of the other company we contacted. He told me he wouldn't be able to get to the job until the next week, which worked for us. He called me the following Friday and told me his crew would be at my house around 3:30 pm. They arrived right on time and went straight to work. The whole job was finished in about an hour, including cleaning up the limbs and mess left behind. Overall, we were very pleased and will definitely call them again should the need arise.

I own a 4.5 acre estate with many old trees, of several varieties, and mostly quite old. Many of them overhang the 75 year old tile roof. Precision Tree visited and made recommendations for pruning those trees, as well as others, and planned for the removal of 2 large trees (about 2-3 feet diameter trunks) dangerously close to wires. They scheduled the work at my convenience and around our wedding business. They arrived on schedule, with the equipment and manpower needed. The work was completed ahead of time, including grinding of the stumps and the most COMPLETE clean-up I have ever experienced. The crew members were friendly AND professional, quiet and efficient. Over the years, I have had occasion to use several other tree service companies in Birmingham and have never received this high value. I plan to use Precision Tree for all my future projects. And my large pecan trees have never looked better!

They came and gave me an estimate the sam day I called. I had a very good interaction with the company.

The guy seemed to be arrogant and acted as if he really didn't want to provide service to me. He kept telling me to call someone else.

Juston gave we great service and what I feel like was a fair price for the amount of work. He did this in a very timely manner which was important to me.

There was a lot of storm damage around but I was able to get them out quickly to get the tree off the house to protect the house from any further damage. The project was covered by my insurance and I will use them again in the future.

He was recommended by our landscapper. I believe that he is a good and honest man.
