Precision Tree Service

This has nothing to do with tree removal, but character…. I was contacted by Juston Daily owner, in response to a private caregiver as I had placed, to travel to Pinson Alabama to take care of his Mother, in which I am very well qualified to do and was willing to travel 7 hrs to do so and stay with her to keep her comfortable until the end. After several days of talking and trying to negotiate a fair price on doing so I finally decided to lower my price, by half because he claimed he couldn’t afford any more. But that’s the person I am, so he calls me last minute at 6 am in the morning needing me there ASAP, and to accommodate him and thought I was helping, I rushed all day yesterday, and doing everything I had to do to get there for the nxt day, and to stay as long as needed, it cost me financially to make this happen. Was to leave at 4 the nxt morning, and after sending him numerous text he finally calls me at 1030 at night to say he wasn’t going to need me, so now I’m out money, time, and a lot of stress making this happen for him, not to mention turning another job down in the process. So this is what being good to people does for you, juston left me in a really bad place…. I just felt like it needed to be said about his character good luck

Fair price. Good work. Took care of large oak within a few hours. Said they would come back the next day or so to remove logs and they did. I was pleased that they did what they said they would do.

Absolutely OUTSTANDING. Got a great quote, and the work was scheduled quickly. The crew was on time and very efficient. They cleaned up all of the small limbs and other debris before leaving. I would highly recommend Precision Tree Service to anyone.

I left a message on their web page and I was contacted the very next day. Juston gave me a quote and I accepted it. He sent his crew the next day and removed very large and overgrown bushes from the roots. Then hauled the debris away. Precision Tree Service is professional and courteous service which I highly recommend.

They had the tree removed in a fairly timely manner. No issues with getting it down either.

Was very happy with the results and with the professionalism of Justin and his crew. They make quick work of taking the tree down and even went the extra mile and trimmed some trees in the backyard that were close to the house. I will definitely hire them again if I ever need another tree removed.

Went well. They provlded a quote within a day. I agreed with the quote and it took a while for my job to float to the top of their task list (2-3 weeks). I was in Florida when they performed the job and was really happy when I returned to a job well done.

From beginning to end, it was nothing but courteous, professional, and knowledgeable interaction--with every single team member. Safety was of utmost concern, so room was made on their schedule to be sure that the situation was stabilized. Then they followed up with hauling and cleanup. They were easy to work with while I dealt with insurance claims. There were no shortcuts; they were thorough at every step, whether that be cutting up the trunk, hauling off branches, demolishing the carport, cleaning up nails and splinters of wood, and finally coming back with extra equipment to haul off the huge remaining stump. I would use them any time I have a need to take down or care for a tree, and I would recommend them to anyone. I've had a lot more trouble with the rebuilding--dealing with storm damage and restoration would be easier if all the contractors involved were as helpful as Precision Tree Service.

They gave me the absolute best estimate. They came when arranged, and watching them work was amazing. They had a a few trucks, bobcat, crane truck and probably a dozen men. They had 4 trees down, cut up and removed in very short order. They were able to remove trees that were right next to others without damaging the second one, and removed one leaning towards the house with no problems at all. They had a couple of guys go behind everything with a leaf blower once everything was all picked up and get the leafs and pine straw up. Honestly amazing. I will use them again when the need arises.

Resolved some issues we had with Precision a few months earlier they came out to complete the work scheduled. Did not honor the original estimate but was reasonable for the work. Great Bobcat work removed shrubbery and logs with "precision". Cleaned and graded area.

Great fast work. I emailed Precision Tree on Sunday, Juston Daley called me back Monday and came out to give me an estimate, and they came out this afternoon (Thursday) to perform the job. I assumed it would have taken all day to cut down the trees and long limbs and trim all the other trees, but two hours later they had finished, including cleaning up everything.

Went fine. They showed up. Did what I had ask them to do.

They did okay. I paid extra. It was $600 more. They could have better customer service. The workers were good.

bought big deal $199.00 for $400.00 worth of tree services first impression was not great due to had a no show first time, i had to call to R/S, and first meeting we could not agree. could not get a refund. called and scheduled second time meeting. no show again. i waited four days then i called and R/S. juston showed ~ 10 minutes early which was fine with me. we reached an agreement. promised work would be done on same day of agreement and would get a call prior to coming. crew called with notice and work was completed in a timely manner. crew were friendly answered concerns/questions. crew did an EXCELLENT trimming job and an EXCELLENT clean-up job. later that day juston called and verified i was satisfied with work. i was/am. Would I use him again? not sure D/T issues. However crew, trimming work and clean-up work were great!

They arrived on time. Their behavior was very courteous and professional .They did an excellent job. I was extremely satisfied with their work.

It was fine. They were very good. There was additional cost. It was probably $100 more. They dropped a limb on the fence.

Other than the fact I don't think it was done in a timely matter, the work was great.

Juston and his crew did a great job. They removed a huge tree, three medium size ones and two tiny ones. They also trimmed several other big trees. My front yard totally looks better now. They finished the work within a day and cleaned up after work. the only thing not so perfect is that they are usually very busy. Overall, great tree service and will surely call them again.
