Description of Work: Terrible communication and approach to customers. They showed up the day I bought the deal. No calls or appointment was even set. Then, when I needed service and after he already quoted for the job, they showed up and said it would cost even more than they initially quoted me for the job. They said Justin would call me back. I called Justin at 2pm after not hearing from him to see what was going on. As of Monday 10:30am, I still have not heard back from Justin. Also, Justin said he would come by about a month ago to do the job, he never showed up or called. If I can't trust the company to communicate before a job, how can I trust them to do the job correctly.

Description of Work: Was disappointed that the coupon did not pay for what it said it would. Precision needs to correct the verbiage on the coupon.

Description of Work: Provider did not contact me during the promised period both times.

Description of Work: They went way beyond just cutting the trees (3). They cleared the ground around them, removed some old stumps, trimmed some more trees hanging over my driveway and changed some outdoor burned out light bulbs that there was no way I could ever get too. All of this and they were so pleasant to work with. They couldn't do enough for me. I very highly recommend them and they were so very reasonable, just very good people.

Description of Work: They arrived when they said they would and worked for 2 1/2 days. They trimmed and cut approximately 20 trees, including a huge hickory that was extremely difficult and dangerous. As I had bought a "Big Deal", they discounted the cost of it from the final bill.

Description of Work: They originally came, were prompt and efficient but were supposed to come back and take down one more tree. When I left town 2 weeks later they had still not done it and I am not aware of them doing it while I am away. I will call when I come back into town. I made the mistake of paying for that additional tree- which I shouldn't have done. The actual date of service is in my records at home.
