Great job, great experience

After several days of heavy rain, our basement flooded. Of course we were away on vacation and were greeted with the problem when we arrived home and walked across the floor. We were able to save the carpet by drying it out and cleaning it. After repairing the exterior problem that led to the flood, we called Nip and Tuck to reinstall our carpet. Mike was professional, did a perfect job, and charged a reasonable price. We would use Mike again for any project involving carpet!

Perfectly... Gentleman was on time, had all the right equipment, seamed in a new piece of carpet, and cleaned up after himself. He even offered some advice on some other unrelated carpet issues we had at the time. Overall, he was very helpful and courteous. The job was small, but it was done very accurately and I have nothing to complain about...

It was hard to find a provider that just took care of small carpet problems, but I ran across NIP-n-TUCK on Angies list. I called Mike the owner and he responded in a timely manner, looked at the four spots I needed repaired. Mike gave me a very reasonable price and started on the job right there and then. Mike is surely a professional and he know what he is doing. Mike does not take shortcuts and he does the job right the first time. Mike is one of the hardest working guys I have seen, overall nice man and very upbeat. I would recommend NIP-n-TUCK to anyone. Great customer service, and great guy.
