Description of Work: I agree with the bait and switch; I have not used them before and after 2 weeks I still have a chemical smell. The owner has offered to come back to re-rinse the carpet because he thinks the technician did not get all the chemical out, since they had to use a lot of the PURT product. Because of scheduling, I have not yet had them return, but I certainly plan to do that very soon. I was horrified at the price of the PURT, and I also think I was upcharged on the size of the rooms, even though it is one large area and no stairs with one small additional room. I am reserving my judgement for the re-inspection, and I believe i will ask the owner to come himself instead of sending a technician (not the same one)/
