The technician showed up on time, was very professional about his work. He didn't smoke of exhibit any other objectionable behaviours.

The entire experience went very well. The company leaves a bottle of spot cleaner for any accidents that may occur between cleanings.

I have my carpets cleaned once a year. Their price depends on the size of the room, how many I am having done, and that sort of thing. They are very good and I would recommend them. They don?t drag a big bucket of water but rather they have tubing that comes up. The people they send out are very professional, they are careful about your house, and they show up when they say they will. I certainly get my money's worth from them.

I was concerned with somebody doing a dry chemical cleaning on upholstery. They did the work. They were on time. The charges were reasonable. I was pleased with the service. The price was comparable with everybody else.

The technician was running late, but the answering service called to let me know. Once the technician arrived, he explained how Chem-Dry was different from steam cleaning which I didn't know. Then he got started. He was very professional and quick. I would use them again.

The services took about four hours. The carpet was much improved in appearance and scent (we have three canines who are in the den only most every day for 3-4 hours in the evening). The young man who provided the service was personable and thorough; he did not seem to be in a rush. He was a smoker, and I prefer not to have to smell cigarette odor in my home. Although he smoked outside, the odor of the smoke accompanied him inside after each cigarette. He also spent time on his cell phone with personal calls during the job, which I consider not very professional and not acceptable. I prefer someone I've hired to do work for me to do his personal stuff on his own time and not in my house. I don't need to hear someone else's personal phone calls. Other than the cigarette smoke odor and personal calls, I have no issues. The work was done well. The gentleman assisted me in rotating the Berber area rug and in moving the sofa back into place. It would have been nice had there been two workers so that I didn't have to move so much furniture both before and after the work.

I got a recommendation for this company from Angie's List and contacted Chem-Dry. They responded within a few minutes and set up an appointment for a few days later. They came promptly at the agreed upon time and took the rugs and chairs. They returned these items a few days later as they had stated they would. I was very pleased with the results. A few weeks later, I called them again to clean a stone floor and the grout. They came out to give me an estimate and do the job a few days later. (I had given them the square footage of the space before they came.) The workman was very prompt, very polite and efficient. Once again, I was very pleased with the results.

Mike arrived on-time, he called before to let me know he was on his way. He had the right equipment and cleaned everything thoroughly.

Employee at the company that I talked to on the phone was very friendly and helpful with choosing which service I needed for my new home (previous owners had an indoor dog). The guy they sent to give me an exact estimate and to do the work arrived a few minutes early and was very friendly. He gave me a "new homeowner" discount on the services I ordered, which was a pleasant surprise. He completed the work in a reasonable time frame, and the carpets looked great with no leftover dog smell. I would highly recommend this company and use them again. He also provided me with a large can of spray stain remover to use on the carpets.

Showed up when they said they would, did quick work. Job well done. I'll use them again.

There were no problems getting any stains out. They did a fantastic job. They don t drag a big water tank through the house, which is very nice. They are careful with your things and very friendly. I would recommend them to anyone.

We felt they did a good job and we were pleased they did what they were supposing to. They got the rugs as clean as they claimed they would and they finished the job quickly. They didn't leave the floor overly wet and they told me how long it would take them to dry.

They used a chemical to clean the carpets, and they looked just great when they were finished with them. They didn t make a big mess, and they were nice enough to move all of the furniture in the rooms to clean around and under stuff. They did a great job at a good price.

Mountain View Chem Dry did a wonderful job of cleaning our carpets. They got all of the stains out and the high traffic areas look great too. The carpet dried very quickly and none of the stains have reappeared.

They were pretty good and I was satisfied with their work. I only had them do around the furniture and they listened to my request and did exactly what I asked them to. They got the carpet good and clean and didn t leave it sopping wet. I have used them several times and they have always done a good job. I couldn t recall what they charged me for this.
