Everythin from the first phone call to the appointment went fantastic and they did an excellent job.

They came three times to get it really inclined to see if everything was fine. They clean up offices or do those types of things but I don’t know. They didn’t use the normal products. There were able to help me. I was very pleased. They did excellent job. They were professional. They explained what they were doing. The price was reasonable. When I first made the appointment it was for one time but then I saw that they couldn’t get it all at one time and they didn’t charge me anymore and they came back until it was right.

They do a good job. They clean the floor well. They are usually nice.

The technician that came really knew the chemical explanations behind his product. I chose the clean, sanitize and stain guard package. The carpet looked brand new! I would recommend this company highly!

This is the second time I have used this company. The performed as I expected which is to say they did a good job in a timely manner.

This service was my first after joining Angie's List, and it was a winner! We have really old carpet, and the technician worked hard to make it look as clean and fresh as possible. I love the process this company uses, as it dries much quicker. I will definitely be putting Mountainview Chem-Dry on my routine "home maintenance" calendar.

The service went just fine. The representative was diligent and polite. This was what I needed for a quick cleanup.

This is the first time I have used ChemDry, and am thoroughly happy with my experience. My carpet is just one year old, but in order to keep my warranty valid (the carpet was not cheap), I must get my carpet cleaned once a year. I do have cats, and do sit for my toddler godson, so there were a few areas that had small stains. The ChemDry process cleaned my carpet well, and left a nice refreshing smell. I have only used the steam vac type carpet cleaning in the past, but I won't do that again. The carpet dried so much faster with the ChemDry.

Took 3 rugs by to be cleaned that were very dirty. They did an excellent job. Called me and told me different cleaning options and prices. Job was done quickly. I would definitely use them again. Very professional and prices were very reasonable.

David and his team came after hours to extract water in my home following a terrible incident with a corroded water heater. The crew came back everyday until the fans and dehumidifiers dried up the water. The crew was very professional and kind during our home disaster. In the end, the price was less than the original estimate.

I called Mountainview ChemDry because I had received a coupon in the mail for a Jan & Feb special. At the time I set the appointment I was told that up to 350 sq. ft could be cleaned for $99. The appointment was set for between 2 and 4 pm. The technician arrived at the end of the appointment window...almost 4 pm. I had spent the morning picking small items up off the floor and moving some furniture out of his way. He immediately got out his black light to search for urine stains. Apparently this is now required for every carpet cleaning engagement. Upon finding some urine spots he prepared the estimate. (I do have a cat who uses a litter box, not the carpet.) I was told that I needed the special PURT treatment that cost $660 to treat the urine down to the subfloor in addition to the carpet cleaning for another $233 to $376 depending on which package I chose. In other words, almost $1,000 to clean 4 bedrooms and a staircase. When I told the technician that I just wanted the "budget" package. He said that I would not be happy with it because I would still smell urine afterwards. (I don't smell urine now.) He said I really needed the $660 treatment. I thanked him and showed him the door. This would be the 4th time that I've used ChemDry, but it will be my last. I call this technique a "bait and switch". I really did not appreciate the high pressure sales to spend 10 times what I had planned to spend.

We have used them several times and they have always done a good job.

The price was exactly as quoted.? The carpets were very clean.? There was no residue and no stains have reappeared (like they usually do a few months later).? The service personel were very considerate and thoughtful even taking care to watch that my cats did not escape before I could secure them in another room.? We also received a thank you note after the service with a coupon to use the next time we called.? The coupon does not expire in 30 days, like?a coupon I have received from a previous carpet cleaning provider, so that was a great bonus because after all who has their carpets cleaned within 30 days?

They were on time and professional. I don't think I will be using them again considering the price for one room of carpet and one sofa.

They are professional. They are good. I would use them in the future.

Very good service person but the quality of this type cleaning came nowhere near the quality of our prior steam cleanings.

I have used this company many times. They arrived punctually. The carpet was cleaned and all was done in a professional manner. The carpets dried as promised, in a short time. However, this time, when the carpets dried, they were not as clean as in the past and they did not remain clean as long.

They arrived on time. The service person was professionally dressed. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He had a van full of carpet cleaning equipment. After several hours of work the carpet looked very good. This carpet had not ever been professionally cleaned in seven years. I can't say it looked like new, but it looked felt and smelled much much better. We defiantly got our "money's worth". I will recommend them to others and will use them again for future needs. They also offer a discount for paying by check or with cash.

They we on time when promised. the cleaning was very good and they were very professional.

We bought a foreclosure in which the previous owner had several dogs that urinated on the carpets. There was one area that was very dark and we were going to replace the carpet but we understood that the pet urine was just so bad that it was in the subfloor. We decided to go ahead and do the PURT treatment and cleaning and to our surprise the carpet looks great! We'll probably end up replacing the carpet in time, but at least it is clean and free of nasty stains.

The technician Bill was one of the most professional and knowledgeable tradesman I have ever met. He called to say he was on his way, arrived promptly and surveyed the area. He told me what the cleaning consists of and described their three package levels. At no point did he try to sell or recommend the most expensive options. The cleaning and treatment took about two hours and the results were great. At the end of the visit he provided a can of their cleaning spray and told me tips and tricks for preventing and cleaning stains.

I am about to have them back again in a week or two. They were great.

Randy was my carpet cleaner. He came in and measured to give me a quote. Then started cleaning. Was professional and was nice. He did a fantastic job. Carpet is old and will be replaced with in a year. So I opted out of stain cleaning. I had a big one in the dining room where the dog threw up. Kids had cleaned it (happened about 1 1/2 yrs ago. So the stain was set in. He just wanted to try it. So he did and got 75% of the stain out. Randy did a tremendous job. The only con is it is expensive, but I like the fact that it is natural, according to Randy. And that it doesn't leave a soapy residue. I would use again!
